Beautifully decorated rooms, supplied with coffee, tea, milk and little biscuits, Bluetooth speaker, fan. Powerful shower , extra thick Egyptian cotton towels, toiletries. Easy to check in and out. Excellent location, space for car in front of house.

The room was very airy and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and new. The shower was the best we have had in a room. The owners took great effort in making you feel welcome. All the things like a good size cup, down to the individual fresh milk bottles, fridge, tea and coffee, biscuits. Plus all the extras. Information pack on the area, bus timetables. Places to eat etc An exceptional property to stay. Thank you Phil and Helen

The room was beautiful, and extremely comfortable. Loved the welcome touches left by the host, found the local area guidance particularly useful! Check in and accessing the property was easy. Fantastic location. Fantastic hotel. Planning on staying again!

Room was lovely. Nearby Brew pub excellent. Nice atmosphere in town. Great walks, not just Hadrian's Wall, but South Tyne Trail, the viaduct at Lamesley is super to walk across abd under. Fridge in room is a bonus

No detail was spared in making this a very comfortable two night stay. The room was scrupulously clean, modern and all the things you could ask for in overnight accommodation. Perfect location in the centre. Thank you and look forward to another visit soon!

My only issue (and minor) is check in could have been earlier as we did have to kick about the town for a while

We stayed in room 3 on the first floor, it was very clean, comfortable and warm. We were provided with sweets, biscuits, real coffee as well as instant, tea and hot chocolate (along with fresh milk and bottled water in the silent fridge). Nice toiletries were provided and the towels were good quality. We had the added bonuses of an 'Alexa' hub and a black out blind. (We didn't have a view as such, but we didn't mind). There was also ear plugs and a torch in the bedside drawers as well as a hairdryer. An iron and an ironing board were also provided. Good communication from the owners, Helen and Phil, (especially when advising us of an item we had left in the room after our departure). Thank you!

Lovely room & facilities in Haltwhistle. Good choice of pubs considering it's a small place. Free parking available nearby. Rail access to Hexham. Good value for money.

Love the glass bottle of milk and the attention paid to the "extras" (cotton wool, decent coffee, sweets.) Beautifully clean and comfortable, a real treat are very reasonable price.
