Nikos was an amazing host , the best host I've ever come across !! Honestly he helped us with car booking , with activities , he organised so much for us , he made this entire holiday a 10/10 !!

Everything was very nice : the facilities, the pools, the rooms, bathrooms, etc. We even had a problem one day, and Nikos was very helpful and came at 12 am to help us. The rooms very big and each has air conditioning. Each floor had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big living room and kitchen. The bathrooms were fully equipped with hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, iron and iron table. The maid came once and cleaned the house, the gardner came once and cut the grass and the pool boy once and cleaned the pool. When we arrived, Nikos left for us a lot of juices, water, beer, chips, etc and he came one day and brought us 2 bottles of wine too.

As a small con, the wi-fi connection wasn't very good and it would have been impossible if we didn't have internet on our own or if we wanted to work from the location.

Nikos the host was so helpful, he exceeded our expectations and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable.

At short notice (less than 48 hours) we had to look for a new accommodation - because the house we had booked actually was not available due to a misunderstanding. At Athinais LAK Villa we received an email confirmation and a phone call immediately after booking. The house was perfect for two families (eight people together). Everything was very clean. The furnishings are very tasteful and of high quality. The mattresses were excellent for sleeping. The pool area was also clean and individually and comfortably designed. The welcome was very warm and, to our surprise, the first supplies were already in the house. Mikos is such a friendly host, so probably it might be hard to find a better one. There was also immediate help in finding the way to the discounter or tourist highlights. House cleaning after 4 days should also be mentioned. That is really a high level. We say thank you very much for a very nice week in Kefalonia in a house that felt like home.

I have no idea. But maybe I should mention on thing. There is no extra barrier for small children at the pool - but this was already shown at the pictures of booking.com . So I don't want to deduct a point for it.

The accommodation looked nice, and the person who manages it is very nice and helpful.

We were 12 persons staying for 10 days, they cleaned and changed the towels just one time.. It should be done at least three times... Also the garbage bin was emptied 2 times and at our request because it smelled really bad. At an accommodation where we paid almost 100 €/night/room it's kind of unacceptable. Also there are only 2 baths with shower, the other 2 are toilets, it's hard for 12 persons to share 2 showers.
