Beautiful view of lake, Great location, clean house. We had a blast kayaking on the lake and this was the perfect location for our family trip to Charlotte.

The home is charming and quaint. It's settled into a wooded area on the lake. We enjoyed our walks each morning around the beautiful neighborhood. We also enjoyed how spacious the home is and the well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a traditional coffee pot (no Keurig) which I always like to know so I can plan accordingly. There was coffee available for our use in the freezer. We made use of the washer/dryer and appreciated that convenience. There is one tv in the home which is downstairs. My only suggestion is to invest in a smart tv as we weren't able to catch all of the football games for Thanksgiving. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at your cozy lake home. It was a great location as we were visiting family in Tega Cay and Charlotte. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely book again!

This place fit what we needed for the week. It is peaceful and we all got some rest. Close to things to do, but we mainly just stayed and hung around together. Would definitely book it again if we go back to Charlotte.

This was our second consecutive year getting to Lake Wylie as a family, and we had a plan that we wanted to stay at the Cozy Cove for the second year. We rented a boat for the weekend, which makes it easy with our own dock. We fished off the dock, kayaked and ate dinner right off the lake. Always a pleasure getting the family together for a lake weekend.

This beautiful house was perfect for my family and my parents. There were four adults and four older kids, and the kids were able to sleep in the four beds downstairs and hangout. The kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking with and the beds were comfortable. We loved all the different areas to hang out with all the deck spaces too. Many hours were spent on the kayaks and swimming. The boat landing isn’t far to put in your boat and there is nice places to eat close as well. Overall, we loved our trip and the stay at the Cozy Cove.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cove Lake House while in Charlotte for our daughter's wedding. The location was excellent. Quiet area, lovely home and our host was so kind and quick to respond to any questions we had prior and during our trip. The house had everything we needed for our stay . Just what we all need! This cozy hideaway is amazing. The view from the porch is just perfect. This home is close to groceries, restaurants, and great walking trails. You can paddle to your heart's content, cook a chef-grade meal, and sleep like a baby every night.

This home was everything that we expected and more. It is a beautiful home, on a beautiful lake, and near many things. It was well stocked and clean. I would love to come back when the weather is warmer to take advantage of the lake!

Exactly as described. Quiet area and peaceful cove. Having the kayaks was great and they have 2 sit in and 2 sit on. We knew there was no TV, except for local channels in lower level. 2 main level suites were nice. Nothing fancy, but clean, practical and very good value.

The property is gorgeous. Six of us traveled to Charlotte for the golf tournament, and therefore we didn't get to take full advantage of the property. The location was excellent for getting to the course and for nearby restaurants. The house was well stocked with anything we would have wanted.

We have stayed at multiple lakes properties across Ga, SC, and NC over the years. This was great location and property which we would recommend for friends or family. The owner, Bob, was a pleasure to work with during our trip and he even worked with us a late check out. The property has quick access to the real world is at your finger tips. However being able to slip into the lake life is where this place shines. Nice grade to the lake, nice fishing, good amenities including kayaks, and plenty to do on the property. Only feedback is no cable but that isn't why you go to the lake to begin with. Thanks Bob for working with us and we will definitely come back

I never thought that a place like this existed within 30 minutes of my house in Southpark. The home is welcoming, clean, and perfect for a family looking to connect, cook, relax, and enjoy the lake. The dock and all amenities the house offers are perfect along with the hosts. Excellent communication along with the perfect home. I am trying to think of anything that I could complain about but I cant. Wifi works well in all areas of the home and honestly we only needed it at night. We were outside on the dock, swimming, or on a boat we rented for the rest of the time. This was a great weekend had by all of my family. My thanks to the hosts!

We picked this house because it was located directly on Lake Wylie, and tucked back in a quite cove that was ideal for our family. We’re a small family with a couple young kids, and we rented a boat for the weekend and had a blast with the house. Close to rental locations, grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here and plan to rent again in the future.

This house was in a great secluded location on a branch of Lake Wylie. Had a great time with friends and honestly one of the biggest perks was how much the host has kept the house stocked with the little things that are easy to forget (paper towels, linens, shampoo/conditioner, coffee filters etc). There's plenty of space with six total beds PLUS two pullouts...more than anyone will probably ever need! There's only one TV in the house but hey...get out and enjoy the lake instead of watching the game!

Enjoyed a week of luxury at this prime location on Lake Wylie. Home has everything you need to enjoy; grill, fire pit, kayaks, life vests, dock for water access and boats, and house is equipped with everything one would need minus you, your friends and family for making cherished memories. Close to several shopping areas. Home has all the comforts of home plus is seated on beautiful lakefront property. Great Place to stay. It is the perfect casual, quiet place for some friends and family get togethers. Very well stocked kitchen. Great sunrise, Beautiful flowers, and good fishing from the dock.

Everything about the Cozy Cottage house was top-notch! the house is beautifully situated overlooking the lake, and we found it spotless and well appointed with everything we could desire.. The grounds and dock area are spacious and immaculate, and though located in a well populated suburb, the locale at the end of a dead-end road is very quite and secluded. The Robinson family was great to deal with and I will not hesitate to rent this house on my next visit or to recommend it to anyone looking for a great lake getaway!

The house was a wonderful, very quiet lake home. We went kayaking on the lake, sat out on the deck (although it was chilly), it was very relaxing. Very close to downtown Charlotte to go out to dinner, 15 minutes to Carowinds. Bob was very helpful and proactive when we had an issue. I would definitely recommend this home!!

Although some parts of the house were a bit dated, the overall relaxation and vibe made it top rated! Very comfortable stay.

We were a group of three fathers who got away for Super Bowl weekend just to watch the game, eat some food, and relax and this house did not disappoint! It was right on the water, very clean and very comfortable. We had an excellent time and would recommend it and would gladly go back again!

The property is so very aptly named: Cozy Cove. It is very comfortably situated in a quiet cove on Lake Wylie. The house is large and spacious, and yet has a warm homey feel to it. It was immaculately clean and very well appointed, with all the modern appliances one would need. Coffee on the dock our first morning there set the tone for the visit. While our time did not permit use of the kayaks, we appreciated having that as an option. Communication with the owner prior to arrival added to making our stay idyllic. We recommend Cozy Cove enthusiastically.
