The house is exactly as described and exceed our expectations. It is a beautiful property and the property owners were very responsive and extremely professional - they care about their clients! It is impossible to rate this property anything less than 5 stars across the board. I highly recommend this house - our experience was nothing less than exceptional.

We spent a wonderful 4 nights at you beautiful lake side house. The house is huge with more space than can be imagined. The outdoor sitting spaces are fantastic with breathtaking views. Everything was neatly in order, immaculately clean and smelled so fresh!
We truly enjoyed ourselves and made lasting memories with our family!

Absolutely stellar vacation spot in every way! I sat with coffee by the lake one morning and my Merlin Bird id app identified 30 different birds in 15 minutes. We'll be back!

We rented this house mid-June for a four day family reunion (three of us) and a trip down memory lane in the Charlotte area. We each had a bedroom and bathroom and my brother loved his basement suite.
This is a wonderfully designed home for a family get together. Beautifully remodeled, it has amazing window views of the lake and multiple seating areas indoors and outdoors ideal for relaxing conversations and enjoying the lake. We rented a pontoon boat and went out early morning and early evening. The sunsets were lovely. The hosts left us coffee and tea and basic condiments so we were able to cook a little bit without buying too many items. There are lots of board games but we were outside so much
that we didn’t get a chance to use them.
We feel we found the perfect place and would highly recommend this property.

If you’re looking for CHARM, comfort, relaxing, clean, open spaces, do not hesitate! The moment you walk in, the air is filled with this most glorious scent, so much that we had to ask what it was lol. Three living rooms to the backside of the house, each have beautiful views of the lake and is as comfortable as the other. Open kitchen and dining room with all the accessories you will need. Beds are comfortable, clean and styled with great charm. Bathrooms are very user friendly as well as bright and clean. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this rental. Many different areas outside to comfortably sit as well. Easy access to the dock, in which there are lounge chairs to catch some rays and enjoy the beautiful lake. All I can say is, get there.💙

My family had an amazing stay here at the Luray Lake House. The photos do not do it justice. If you are looking for a waterfront escape with tons of privacy, look no further! My husband loved the privacy of the downstairs bedroom as it gave us almost an apartment-feel. This was the perfect getaway for our large family and we would love to return again some day!

This lake house provided the perfect peaceful getaway for me and my husband. The views were spectacular, the house was clean and fragrant, and the location was very convenient. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely return!

A beautiful location! Had tons of fun enjoying the outdoors from just sitting on the dock to taking the kayaks out!! The inside was very nice and very clean as well.

Three generations of our family found plenty to love about this beautifully appointed home perched on the shore of Lake Wylie. The configuration of the space, with an autonomous lower level one bedroom apartment, was perfect for us. Lots of indoor and outdoor options for gathering, wonderful views, plenty of water activities, and easy access to Charlotte make this the ideal vacation property.

Excellent views of the lake from several rooms of a beautifully decorated, clean comfortable home. Outdoors - quite and felt private…has plenty of seating and wonderful dock area for fishing. For us It was a great romantic getaway, calm and tranquil. Host was super responsive and welcoming. Would definitely return.

Once a year we visit our family here in NC. This year we decide to rent this property on the lake for the holidays. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful environment for our family holiday celebrations!! We especially appreciated the festive Christmas decorations and tree. The multiple living areas were perfect for our large family to visit, and the two kitchens made it easy to prepare our early Christmas dinner! The relaxing fire pit and beautiful views of the lake and sunsets were the icing on the top.

My best friends and I try to get together annually, but sometimes life has other plans so its been a while. This year for our friend-cation we decided on a relaxing lakeside retreat and this property did not disappoint. Our friend flew into Charlotte Airport and it was an easy trip to pick her up from the property. We had lots of fun things to do within a short drive. The house was amazing and the outside accommodations with lakeside views were spectacular! This was one of my favorite rentals!!!

We had a wonderful stay for a family vacation. The property and house were all fantastic and over met our expectations. The location was close to lots of things which made it easy to get to groceries, restaurants, and entertainment all within 25 minutes of the house. But while we were at the property we felt like we had checked out from the hustle and bustle. The entire experience was wonderful and I would definitely stay again.

House is beautiful, clean, has everything you need for a fun time at the lake. Lots of places to sit outside and enjoy the view of the lake and woods. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle board, fire pit. Quiet atmosphere. Fun swimming at the sand bar a short distance away by boat. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for an oasis of relaxation and convenience this is the place to go. Beautiful views, plenty to do at the house. We kayaked, swam, fished and had fires outside. I would sit on the dock early in the morning with a cup of coffee and look out at the water. It was a wonderful place for my family and I. It was spacious, clean and everything I hoped for.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Luray lake house on Lake Wylie! We stayed for almost a week, while we looked for our own lake home to purchase. None of the homes we toured compared to this house...the lake views were amazing, whether sunrise or sunset...as we spent time getting to know the area and house hunting, the utmost importance to everyone, even the teenagers, was to get back to the house for sunset! The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, absolutely everything every detail was provided and best of all, it felt like home...even my son, who is often not thrilled about being away from our home, asked a couple of the days while we were out, "When are we going home?" I would say, "Home in California?" he said, "No, the lake home!" It is 100% truth, that the worst thing about the stay was that we had to leave! We all can't wait to return. Thank you for being such gracious hosts!

Great Lake, beautiful house and amazing dock
We truly enjoyed our time here. The house was perfect. Great decor, very clean and the downstairs separate apartment was perfect for our 16 year old to have his own space. We enjoyed the sunsets and swimming on the dock.

Piece and quite sit back relax and enjoy the views
WOW!!! The property is very welcoming, very clean, even the patio, and boat dock. Every room has a view of the lake. The Host provide the house with everything you need to enjoy your stay. If you want to have fun at the lake or just relax and enjoy the peaceful and quite space, then you should book this home and you will be very pleased with everything as Myself and Family did. Parker Get Together
We enjoyed some quiet family time with our two daughters in Charlotte and son who just graduated from college. As he played basketball for Butler University, this was our first family time other than a day and a half at Christmas break in several years and we could not have picked a better spot in Charlotte. The house offered beautiful views of the lake from all rooms, the covered outside dining area was perfect, and the dock was a wonderful spot for morning coffee. And within a beautiful wooded setting where our daughters enjoyed trail running. Next time we will reserve a boat in advance, we made the mistake of waiting until the last minute, otherwise, everything was perfect.

The location of the house on Lake Wylie was amazing - spectacular views. The house was very clean with modern amenities. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We will be back again. Would highly recommend.

Lakeside Retreat
Very beautiful home that is well equipped. The home has so much character and is very comfortable. The view is second to none. The house has endless window views of a very large bend in the lake. The dock is obviously professionally built and is perfect for swimming, sunbathing and docking your boat. The house is secluded but has very good access to all your vacation needs. The owner was quick to respond to all our questions and needs. We highly recommend this for entire family.
