Exceptional hosts and hospitality. Location was very convenient for anything: quite to relax, close to super markets, close to the main road, close to the city should you wish to explore the market.

🟢 It was really nice staying at Villa Romano, a beautiful and clean villa with all the commodities anyone could desire for his vacation. 🔵 It is at a great location on the island of Zakynthos and has a vineyard in its surroundings and even though it's pretty close to the town of Zakynthos and some of the best beaches, the villa is really peaceful and quiet providing the privacy you need. 🟣 Marisia as guest was very helpful and she treated us with traditional greek food and bio foods from her farm for a warm welcome. ✅ Highly recommended for anyone who wants to spend his vacation days in Zante as wonderful and relaxing as possible. Also, villa Romano is very spacious so it's suitable for families.

The host was amazing, Marisia went out of her way to help us with lists of recommended restaurants and trips to taking us to the supermarket. Also her mum, who lives next door, would pop by with some delicious food treats for us, all made with fresh fruit and veg from her garden. These personal touches really made a difference for us! The villa was fab, clean, well equipped and comfortable and in a very quiet location. The pool was clean and a great size, we spent a lot of time in it.

Nothing with the villa or the host. BUT, taxis were a nightmare, unreliable at times and with long waits at the taxi rank in town to get back. It was our choice not to hire a car (Marisia had also kindly offered to help us with this) and we got better at the system of booking taxis as the week went on! This has nothing to do with the villa though and only a heads up for people.
