El apartamento era muy cómodo y tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Además Inés nos lo puso todo muy fácil y nos dio todas las indicaciones necesarias para pasar unos días maravillosos en Bilbao

La communication avec les hôtes s'est très bien déroulée. Pour l'accès à l'hébergement, j'ai pu facilement récupérer les clés à l'intérieur de l'appartement. Le logement est spacieux et en plein cœur de la vieille ville !

L'emplacement est situé dans une rue à sens unique, l'appartement manque de luminosité car il est situé au rez-de-chaussée, dommage également pour la terrasse qui nécessite de l'entretien. L'espace bain n'est pas conforme aux photos de l'annonce, il y a beaucoup d'humidité, la climatisation est faible, et l'espace jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas : aucun moyen de le faire fonctionner !

Su anfitriona, Inés súper amable El depto tenía todas las comodidades, estaba bien calefaccionado y las camas y almohadas muy cómodas . Aconsejo si está disponible utilizar el parking del apartamento que está bien de precio y es cerca.

Ruhige Lage direkt in der Altstadt, mit Parkplatz in der Nähe. Komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der sehr gute Service, die Tipps und die Hilfsbereitschaft von Ines waren außergewöhnlich. Die vorhandene Barik-Card zur Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war ebenfalls sehr hilfreich. Wir waren begeistert.

The apartment looks better in real life than in the pictures and is pretty spacious and made for a very comfortable stay for a family of 4. Nice touches from the host also made our stay that bit more comfortable such as having kids books and toys in the boxes below the TV, a Nespresso machine with pods, a packet of welcome cookies which were appreciated on our arrival. There was also a topped up travel card for our use which came in handy when the kids were tired and wanted to try the tram or underground. The card worked well as a tap and go and we just topped it back up for the next guest. The location was also great at the back of old town which meant we were close to the bustle but not in it this also had the benefit of having locals amenities nearby like a supermarket and neighbourhood bars and pintxos; I liked Maite Taberna which is just up the hill and like most of Bilbao near a play park which was great for us. We stayed here for 4 nights and Bilbao for 5 in total and there was a surprising amount to do that I don't feel I have done it all and would come back just for the pintxos bars.

This apartment is in a really convenient location to allow you to explore the area. The host was extremely helpful and available throughout our stay. We had an issue booking a return transfer to the airport, and Ines (the host) arranged a taxi for us instead which was really appreciated as we had struggled to get hold of any taxis that could help. There were goodies left for us (fresh bread, butter, jams, tea, coffee, cookies) which were unexpected. We had a great stay.

The only downside was that we wanted to watch tv one night and there were no channels that were in English so there was nothing we could watch. This is a minor point but might be easy to resolve.
