Nico and his colleague were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made sure everything was looked after and we were happy at any minute during the day. Our room had the best view in the house overlooking the ocean while listening to the waves. Every detail is thought of and you feel at home while staying at Villa Vega. Breakfast was also delicious, fresh & fruity including a selfmade cake, fresh orange juice and great coffee. Thanks for a welcoming us in such a great accomodation!

The breakfast and the staff were excellent.

The toilet was damaged, the shower cabin is very small, the water pressure and temperature was variebles. 2 times out of 4 nights, at 7 in the morning, they were making loud noise in the neighborhood.

Great accommodation with a great location. Everything corresponds to the description, breakfast is very good. The hosts are very responsive and quick to respond to any requests, we had an early train so they left us an early morning breakfast as well. Also the room was provided even earlier than it was supposed to be, it was a 15 minute walk to the sea. If we are going to visit this place again, we will stay here again. Highly recommend!

The water pressure in the bathroom was sometimes weak, but sufficient for everything.

Nico, our host was really friendly and provided a delicious breakfast on the terrace with view over the sea. He cared a lot about our wellbeing, we really felt comfortable and welcome. Villa VEGA is an awesome place to stay in Fotane Bianche located not far from the beach.

Relatively far from the beach. The nearest beach is 7 minutes walk along the road (no sidewalk for pedestrians). The main beach is almost 20 minutes walk.

Villa Vega is the best place to stay in Fontane Bianche. The hosts are wonderful - full of positive energy, smiling, always willing to help. Thanks to them, our stay was fabulous! Clean, spacious room with balcony and all amenities. Delicious breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea - the taste of croissants, fresh rolls, juice from freshly squeezed oranges and homemade cake will remain in our memory for a long time. Large bathroom with a huge bathtub - an additional advantage. The beach is a short walk away and there is a very good trattoria nearby. We hope to come back here one day! Thank you Nico! The room was spacey and very clean. The breakfast was superb, both for quality and quantity, we loved the fresh pastries and the homemade cakes. The location was great to reach the beach and nearby cities. We appreciated a lot the parking space, free beach umbrellas and cold water waiting for us in the fridge. We were one of the first tourists to visit Villa Vega after the pandemic in the second half of July 2020. My wife and I stayed there for 6 nights, 4 of which we were the only guests. The hosts were absolutely awesome! They took great care of us and provided everything we needed on first request. They were kind enough to give us the beach towels for the full length of our stay and brought a big package of still water so we didn't need to go to supermarket every day. Besides that they gave us a lift to Siracusa twice as the public transport schedule isn't always convenient or reliable. The villa itself looks pretty different from other villas in the area. It has a very clean design reminiscent of a white yacht sailing in the sea. It's been fully renovated in 2019 and everything is in great condition. Breakfast that was included in the accommodation is typical Italian, i. e. sweet and quite minimal: croissants, coffee, fruit, cake, yoghurt etc. However all the products were of high quality and the guys brought something new and local every morning: a homemade cake or fresh fruits and veggies. Tip: for dinner I can highly recommend Capannina da Gino - a popular unpretentious restaurant with simple Sicilian food. We went there every night and enjoyed all the dishes we tried.

There are almost no negatives to speak of. If I have to nitpick, the road to the beach could be a bit shorter. We went to Lido Camomilla and it takes around 20 minutes to get there. Unfortunately there's no promenade or proper sidewalk, so you need to go on the edge of the main road with all kinds of vehicles going past you at high speed.
