لايوجد مكواه ملابس حتى طلبتها وتم توافرها بعد الطلب ولاكن بدون طاوله ايضا الموقع الازعاج فيه شديد جداا من الفنادق المجاوره والشارع

The picture in the booking.com is different from the actual. Specially the kitchen area. The water heater in the queen size room is not working. The location of the hotel is very noisy

Bed sheets were not clean on first day of check in and they chenged the second day. No Smart TV in the room. No toiletries and old Towels. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Better options available in same price range nearby.

The location

The curtains are old and dirty and the bath water is very very hot

overall, it was a comfortable experience with several positive aspects. The spaciousness of the apartment provided ample room for relaxation and made the stay enjoyable. Additionally, having essential amenities such as a kitchen accessories , comfortable furniture, and reliable Wi-Fi contributed to a convenient and pleasant stay. staff was also very polite and helpful.

I feel that the management should focus more on cleanliness to improve guest satisfaction. While the overall tidiness was acceptable, I noticed some areas that needed better attention. The curtains in the apartment were torn off and very dirty, which affected the overall aesthetic appeal and gave the impression of neglect. Regular maintenance and prompt replacement of damaged items would significantly improve the overall impression of the apartment.

Breakfast should be complementary, and the hotel surroundings and its view from the top floor is good.

Unhygienic Old building Very bad bedcovers Unclean floors. Unprofessional but well-mannered boys who have to do the entire job from room service to every other job. So efficiency is poor.

Excellent the place is so clean and well organized. The staff are very accommodated and approachable. Surely, the next time we got Bahrain we will book again on this hotel. Likewise, it's highly recommended. Kudos to all staff. Keep up the good work its 10/10...

the best thing about it was its location. everything was closeby! and the other best thing was value for money , given how comfortable and clean the rooms were.
