I was lucky to rent a lovely apartment from a very wonderful, hospitable Greek family. The apartment is very clean, comfortable beds, clean linens and everything you need for a comfortable stay with beautiful views of the mountains and fresh air. The apartment is located on a mountain, you will have to drive to the beaches along a serpentine road with very beautiful views, be prepared for this. Highly recommend.

It was a very nice stay for me and my family in Vafkeri apartments. The place was sparkling clean and spacious, the apartment was equipped with everything you need. It is situated in the middle of the island so you can reach every place you want, but of course the car is needed. The view was amazing, you are surrouned by the mountains. The place is very peaceful and quiet. The host Anna and her husband were really fantastic people. Their hospitality was absolutely unforgettable. I will definately come back to this place one day.

We had an amazing stay at Vafkeri apartments. The location is beautiful, lovely mountain views, very peaceful and the temperature is just right. You could always feel a vey pleasant breeze, even on hot days. The house is brand new, was spotless clean with all the facilities to make our stay comfortable.Homemade apricot jam was offered by the hosts. Our hosts, Mrs Anna and Mr Giannis were incedible. Very polite, they made us feel very welcome from the very first moment. One evening delicious homemade pizza was waiting for us after a long day at the beach. They also offered very useful information about the island of Lefkada. We have been lucky to meet these so nice people and we will be very happy to come back to Vafkeri apartments at a future visit to Lefkada.

I liked this place a lot! It was very cosy, nice, comfortable and functional. Everything was provided for the excellent vacations:-). The hosts were very welcoming, cheerful and helpful. The location in the middle of island was good for exploring all its parts with a car (probably even better if you have a motorbike), providing all amenities to rest after busy day. Ideal for family or group of friends who prefer nature over city life. Fantastic views and fresh air, even when the sun is shining in full and it is extremely hot!
