Our hostess was lovely. The apartment was clean and location was close to the old town

There were nearly 70 stairs to our apartment which did make it a little difficult for older people snd luggage

We were met by the hostess who gave us the keys and went through the apartment with us, rooms were spotless, air con was fantastic, balcony was great, (fantastic views of the islands and especially of Old Town Dubrovnik) Photos are taken from the balcony

A lot of steps up to the apartment, if you have mobility issues, could be a problem, fine for us and would re-book in a heartbeat

We liked the location, the terrace and the host/house keeper. All amenities were there - decent AC, washing machine, microwave, etc. Its 10m walk to the Old Town, 8m to the beach. The nearest shop is only 3min away. loads of tours pickups are done nearby in front of villa argentina which was also very handy. Overall I can’t complain. Thanks guys.

Previously mentioned lack of space in the small bathroom is a fact. I’m 6.2 and couldn’t use it, really. There’s another toilet in the 2nd bathroom so no biggie. I’d also replace some parts of the seal in both bathrooms and the kitchen. The furniture and appliances are grand but if it was me I’d refresh them - that would make this apartment excellent.

The room was big, clean, comfy bad. The host was nice, though she was hardly talking English. The route to the old town is by going down for 10-12 mins. No stairs, by a road. If you looking for a stair-less option in this stair-full city, you will be glad. There is a supermarket not very far with the best croissants in the world ! Easy key drop off. Note that from ferry port you need to take bus 8 from the opposite direction ( I was waiting for 40 mins for the bus 8 at a mentioned bus station, but it never comes, though its listed in the bus stop info. ) P.s. the room is much bigger than in my pic.

Indeed the toilette need to be updated, the wash basin/sink is right on the toilet bowl. It can be replaced with a smaller one, and no one will complain any more :)

Great position, walking distance to the Old City, amazing view. The apartment is clean and cosy with a big terrace.

There was a cute gecko in the room, he was a bit shy but it did no harm. He stayed under the bed most of the time

If you are desperate for a place in Dubrovnik, as we were, then you can crash at this place. This is no apartment, it is a room with a toilet and shower and a stove. There's no table and no chairs to sit and eat your meals, there's no physical person to welcome you and give you information about the city and things to do, there's no condiments in the "kitchen", no oil, no bags of tea, no soluble coffee... nothing! We've been at other apartments and they always provide some tea, some basic condiments for cooking from the other guests...here, nothing. No FLEXIBILITY for leaving the luggage, there's no locked space to leave the bags...so if another person comes after you, you need to pay somewhere for a locker. Since this place is managed by an agency, you always need to call if you have any questions and wait for them to call the owner, such a joy for your phone bill! No beach towels. This is a city by the seaside, most hosts provide beach towels if you ask them... Well, not here. Wifi speed is terrible, could barely load YouTube videos. The place was clean tho. The bed was comfortable but had winter blankets on it, not the most appropriate for 38degrees. Location is close to Banje beach and a ten minute walk to the old town. This is a double room in disguise, not an apartment. And therefore not worth the money, considering the horrible service try to avoid.

We all had a great 6 nights at Apartments Davor. The accommodation was in a great location, within a short walk of two of the city’s beaches, the old town and a couple of small supermarkets. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean with good air conditioning. Best of all was an amazing large terrace with great views over the sea to Lokrum Island and towards the old town. We really enjoyed relaxing on the terrace watching the yachts and boats cruise by. Host Marina was welcoming, helpful and very accommodating. Thanks for a great stay. I would definitely book again if visiting Dubrovnik in the future.
