The location was good.

The owner failed to send me the details of how to get into the apartment. It was very hard to contact him, and when I did, he mixed me up with someone renting an apartment in Greece. The agent in Greece was very polite, but he knew nothing about the apartment in Caen. I arrived at the apartment about 3.00 pm and it was after 7.00 pm before I was able to access the apartment. The images shown for this apartment are inaccurate and misleading. The images are of two apartments. The actual one bedroom is not an actual room, but a partitioned area of the sitting room. The bed was OK, but almost on the floor, with hardly any space either side to stand up. The fold out couch was old and worn vinyl and completely unsuitable for anyone to sleep on. This apartment is at most only suitable for two people, not four people as advertised. The kitchen and bathrooms were adequate. Unfortunately the soundproofing was not. I could hear people on all sides and above and below as if they were in the same apartment. Generally I would suggest you avoid renting this place.

Location amazing. 5 minutes walk from centre of town- lots of convenience stores close by- parking cheap. Axel has made it all SOooo easy!

Only slight gripe- mattress sags in the middle. It might need changing!

The flat is located few steps away from city center. Is big and have a nice view to the Chatedral. Kitchen full equipped.Check in and check out very easy. We envoy our time spent in the flat.

Very good location . Appartment clean,warm,we apreciated the bed linen,clean,white,good quality,easy comunication with the host,a good place to spend your holidays,will definitly come back. Check-in very easy,just follow the instructions.

The apartement have a great view. The check in was very easy(we recieved clear informations about recovering the keys). I really apreciate the cleaning of the apartement and the aplacement, just few steps from Historical Center, was just perfect for us. Thanks so much!
