Water pressure in the shower wasn't great and it took a couple of minutes for the hot water to kick in.

Location is everything to me when I travel alone. I want to be in the centre to walk around and not take the car back to town. The location was perfect. The room was super tiny but did the trick. The nice wellness centre with a swimming pool was nice at only 15 euros extract for one hour and half.

The room was super tiny for the price and the restaurant was nit up to the standard I believe it was, such a disappointing meal.

Present for difficult circumstances, the room was perfect for me and I have been able to rest properly. It was quiet, clean, confortable with space. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the "help yourself Muesli" part of it which was full of various little different fruits and nuts. In the room, I also appreaciated the perfect temperature of the fridge for cold water with the heat wave weather. I enjoyed the spa especially being alone on my slot in the pool with the water jets.

I would have appreciated shampoo to be available directly in the room. Only shower gel and soap were at disposal. I would also suggest to add toothpaste samples at disposal with it. Disappointed not having been able to test the restaurant which was closed on that period.

The staff was not particularly friendly during interactions. They were not unfriendly at all, but they didn’t seem to care if anyone was staying there or not.

It was a very nice hotel. It was well located. It had a very good restaurant. We used the Michelin Red Guide to choose a restaurant in Caen. As it turned out the one we chose was in our hotel. We had a problem finding parking. The chef said leave it to him and he parked our car while we had dinner. Full service! We also had an excellent meal.

Not a bad hotel to stay at but perhaps it is a somewhat muted place. The meal in the restaurant was ok. But not brilliant.
