I absolutely loved these accommodations when I wanted to spend half my time in Cartagena with an ocean view. Balcony overlooks the pool, followed by the beach and ocean. Accommodations were nicely decorated and really made for a relaxing stay. Main future, down to city books were spot on. I loved having access to a washer/dryer after having been traveling a few days. I felt extremely safe given how access is controlled with doormen and a front desk area upon check-in/check-out. I loved the spaciousness and perfect set-up with a full kitchen (if needed), 2 bathrooms and fully windows with comfy patio set-up. Loved sunset view from hot tub and pool area.

The city is working on a portion of the beach in the general area to provide some type of storm protection, resulting in a portion being closed. Awareness would have been great, but doesn't hugely impact staying here. I found it resulted in a quiet atmosphere when outside on the balcony, and it was only about a block's walk or so to reach the open portion of the beach. I will say the open portion was likely extra busy due to the closed areas. Didn't like building next door that partially blocked sunset from balcony if you were only a lower floor. This is easy overcome by actually going out to the beach or being down in the pool area during a sunset.

The sense of being at home but with amazing views and weather quite far of the one happening in Europe.

Luxury Alojamientos was Amazing I would recommend this place to anyone I definitely Will be staying here again the Host was Great and the Staff was very helpful. The apartment and the veiw was the best and absolutely beautiful I would like to say thank you very much for everything and I'll see you again on my next trip to Cartegena.

everything was amazing. the whole apartment was very clean and host was very accommodating and communication was great

nothing inside the apartment. but the staff in the main desk and the security guards need to have better communication. one guard didn’t let us in because of not wearing a mask but we hadn’t been told by anyone during our check in that it was needed.

Great place in the coolest region of Cartagena! It's right in front the main beach, close to the port and close to the Old Town. The amenities provided in the room were phenomenal, the communication with the host was quick and efficient and the place was spotlessly clean. A great bonus was the already provided groceries in the fridge for a full breakfast! Without a doubt the best decision we made and if we go back to Cartagena, we are definitely staying here again!

This place was wonderful..from pick up from the airport to communication to the food left in the fridge. I tried to find some corner cut or some smell you can't smell in photos or online but this place was just magnificent. Great location, great facilities , and the friendliest host ever doing her absolute best to make sure it looks and feels right for you, without being overimposing. What more can I say . We never even met , but you delivered big time ..thank.you !!!

Perhaps how slow check in was and being made to wear a wristband to enter the building. But that's the building not the apartment.

What an absolutely fantastic place to stay in Bocagrande. I highly highly rate and recommend this place. It couldn’t be better. The host was excellent and with prompt communication.

Very welcoming and friendly owner. Provides good information about the city, possibilities and is very responsive. Really clean place, ideal stay and location if you are with kids or if you don't want to be surrounded by too many tourist. We will definitely come back if we visit Cartagena again.

I absolutely loved it! The view is breathtaking (MUCH better in person), management is polite, professional, prompt, informative and very accommodating. It is also EXTREMELY affordable for the quality. I 1000% recommend and I will definitely be staying again. The staff of the building is also very professional and the COVID protocols are great. They sanitize your hands every time you enter the building and the pool is cleaned in detail every morning (I know this because I was able to watch them from the balcony in the mornings). The apartment also has everything you need, including a safe.

The only con is there was a mild odor, smelled somewhat like water that had sat for a while.

Very accommodating, clean up to date furniture, kitchen and furniture! Pool was very clean with a great view. Balcony was awesome, nice lounge chair, table with 4 chairs and a comfortable sofa. Appliances are great, large fridge and washer and dryer. Over all I would highly recommend the apartment and plan to go back. Great value!

Communication with Myriam, although only in Spanish, was great. When we had to cancel our initial travel plans at the last minute in mid-March 2020 due to the sudden start of Covid travel restrictions, Myriam allowed us to change the dates of our stay to the end of December with no additional charges. Myriam left us everything we needed to make our own breakfast for a couple of days. Her apartment is just like you see in the pictures. It is very clean, very stylish and beautifully decorated with lots of tasteful touches. It is also highly functional with all the amenities that one would need even for a longer stay. The apartment's own Wi-Fi signal is great and can be picked-up even from the pool. It has an ocean view from the 8th floor directly just above the pool. On the balcony, there is small patio sofa, small table and chairs as well as a set-up for a rope hammock. The apartment is in the Morros City building, which is a recently built beachfront property in Bocagrande. It’s in an exceptional location and very close to many restaurants, grocery stores, Bocagrande Shopping Mall and only minutes by taxi to the Walled City. The building is also very secure as only registered guests can enter the premises where they also must follow a strict Covid protocol before and after entering the building. It also has a doorman, 24h security and free interior parking. The pool area is large compared to other buildings in the area and it also has a large jacuzzi. At least a quarter of the pool area is always covered in shade by the building on any given time of the day. The pool attendants are attentive, friendly hardo-working and keep the pool are very clean. Cecause of strict Covid restrictions a maximum of 4 people is currenly allowed in the jacuzzi which is strictly enforced. There are only about 10 pool beds, each with a patio umbrella, which are spaced out about 2 meters apart and all the pool beds that were in the pool, as you see in the pictures, have been removed.

The table on the balcony is too small and should be replaced by a bigger table to allow to enjoy a meal with the oceanview.

This place was AMAZING! The view was espectacular, súper clean and beautiful! Love the fact that we could cook our own breakfast withou having to rush to a Restaurant to eat. Awesome pool and a fantastic staff. Miryam gave us all the details we need to know, Great ideas for Restaurants and places to visits. She also help us to get transportation from the airport to the apt at good price. Mr. Alvaro Barreto great person! honest man and the best tour guide you will find in Cartagena. We can wait to go back!
