Loved the style and layout of the hotel! The decor was fantastic! The staff were so helpful and pleasant! The location of the hotel is great as it is close enough to the strand without being on top of the main strand.

Beautiful rooms in a beautiful location! Staff were lovely. Michelle on reception was so friendly and chatty and made our stay even more enjoyable, she is a credit to the place :) we love staying here, the food, room and service is exceptional

This is one of the nicest hotels my partner and I have ever stayed in. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, also the bed was super comfortable. Michelle in reception was super friendly and helpful, she went above and beyond. We will definitely be back

Thought we had a lovely stay until the phone call today.
Avoid!! Stayed here during the week, only to get a phone call this evening stating that we were smoking in the room and had to pay charges for damages amounting to £400!! Bloody ridiculous. Me and my partner left that hotel room spotless. When asked for photographic evidence of said damages they refused to share the images. Total lack of professionalism, the woman on the phone was very rude and aggressive.
And it is NOT 24hr front desk. Rung down over a dozen times to reception to order room service with no answer, finally went down and not a soul in sight and this was at midnight.

Our room temperature was hard to control during the night (sometimes too warm and sometimes too cold) but not a disaster

Location is great, almost right on the sea front, 2 mins max. Dined in the restaurant, food and service was excellent. The scallops where the best I’ve eaten in a long time, just perfectly cooked and delicious. My wife’s dinner was sublime too. Room wasn’t cluttered like a lot of hotels, just busy enough to store what you need and make it homely, with a touch of class. Couldn’t have been better catered to from front desk, dining staff, domestic and night staff, all a pleasure to deal with. I hope to get back soon. Thanks for a perfect little break.

The decor was amazing. Room was spotless, bed was comfortable and shower was lovely.
As we stayed on a Monday night there wasn't much of an atmosphere in hotel so we opted for the pub across the road for food & live entertainment. We left & planned a wee cocktail before bed but hotel bar appeared to be closed?

Room not clean. The mirror on the ceiling was filthy, scattered jap marks of what looked like coke or something, was also on the bathroom ceiling.
Locks on door broken
As for breakfast - had a good gluten free selection. But walked in to tables piled with dirty dishes that weren't cleared away and they stayed like this throughout our breakfast, which took over 40 minutes to come. Not what you'd expect for the price of this place.

Bar service was poor - had to go to bar and ask to be served rather than a waiter come to us and as a result did not stay for a second drink.

Everything was amazing from the minute we got there! All the staff couldn’t do more to accommodate us. The food and cocktails were amazing! The room was amazing too

A unique and memorable place to stay, the attention to detail and decor were fabulous. A great couples getaway. Breakfast menu had lots of options, high quality ingredients and service staff were polite and helpful. Front of house reception staff were friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay again.
