Everything , from Joanne at Reception ( very helpful) to the staff in the restaurant and staff in the bar, all very friendly and nothing was a problem, room was fantastic, clean & Comfortable, I’ve stayed in port rush a few times but now I will be staying at the Anchorage Inn, fantastic place to stay

The room was comfortable and pleasant looking. Staffs were very friendly. Check in and out were quick. We found a close by free on street parking without any problem.

Not property fault but no parking at property. Took a while to find a spot across from the anchor, busy day in Portstewart had to wait in a car park for a free spot

Just had the best time in this hotel , the staff are the best and the atmosphere in the hotel is so good , such good value for Money , I can't recommend it highly enough .
Location is perfect , the food is great and very reasonably priced, they have entertainment on every night , the beds are SOOOOO comfy and the rooms are very tastefully decorated ,

Breakfast was delicious, perfectly cooked eggs !! Rooms were lovely, bed very comfy & all very clean . Staff were so nice & friendly ...nothing was too much trouble for them

Terrible view from the room we stayed in, looking straight into other peoples rooms. Had to keep blinds closed for privacy. Wifi didnt work for entire duration of stay. Slighty overpriced for what the hotel is.

Excellent location. The team super helpful and friendly nothing to much bother.
There was not a residance bar for a cheeky nightcap. Had to take that to the room.

unfortunately we were there on a Saturday night and the noise from bar etc was extremely loud - staff were great . if you are there to party it’s great if u want early night not so much

The staff were lovely and as accommodating as can be.
The bedrooms were so nice and probably the most comfy bed I've slept in a hotel.
Couldn't hear any noise from downstairs.
Had a lot of nice amenities in the room for use.
The breakfast didn't have many options and had no lactose free options.
The pillows in the room were dirty.
We had to wait an extra 25 minutes before we could enter our room (3.25pm).

The staff were unbelievably helpful, chatty and good craic overall. Great location in the middle of the town. Will definitely be back to stay.

Bed was really comfortable. Loved the little touches in the room such as the robes and taller coffee glasses.
We stayed on a Monday night and didn't expect the bar music to be so loud during the night
