I had a very bad experience at this property. I booked superior double room in which large bed was mentioned however i got a twin bed room. I requested to give me diuble bed room which I booked and in response staff told me that we are sold out and we do not have any vacant room. However the hotel was quite empty. Also the room was too small and congested and this property ruined my trip by providing me twin bed room which was too small and very very uncomfortable. This property is not at all worth of paying 3.5k for this little rat like room which has uncomfortable and jerry like bed. Horrible experience

The location is very nice and food quality is also good. It is very compact and may be suitable for a solo traveller and not suitable even for a small family.

Size of the room is very compact and facilities inside the room to be improved to delight the customer. Facilities for keeping luggage is not adequate. there is no floor mat for toilet.

The receptionist Iqra Khan was very helpful and courteous, the room cleaning staff and restaurant staff were also very good. The breakfast was very good.
