What a great place! Good location, quiet but not too far to walk into the local town (lots of nice places to eat). Nice decking area to sit out on if the weather is dry. Fantastic hosts, so friendly and helpful. Large, clean, well appointed room. Great breakfast!

Very friendly couple, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds.

The blue room's bathroom, whilst modern and clean, is very small, hardly big enough to turn around in. Therefore no where for toilet bags etc.

Wi-Fi was poor in our room. May have been better elsewhere in the property.

The owners were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was very comfortable with a great shower and modern deco. Lovely place for a stay with great views.

Wifi was a little inconsistent and dropped out from time to time although this was probably down to the surrounding hilly area.

You feel very welcome and so helpful with knowledge of area. Everything was so easy lovely sitting in the garden. Breakfast was brilliant. Enjoyed our stay so much

Nothing at all

The owners were very friendly and attentive to our visit - they made us feel welcome and comfortable straight away. The location is beautiful, great view of Malvern and the room well furnished with all the basics needed for our stay. The house is located round the corner from a good walking route up the hills, steep but worth the effort for the view at the top. Also a short walk from the town centre and easy to find from the main A road in. Fabulous breakfast and brilliant garden space- I could have sat there all day with a good book.

I was fine with it, but the steepness of the staircases inside might put off folk with even mild mobility issues - request the ground floor room if that's you.

The breakfast was cooked to order which was great and anything you wanted. Also a lovely outdoor seating area with tea on arrival.

I think that the stairs to the dinning room and outside area should be mentioned as quite steep for an older person.

A warm and friendly reception when we arrived. We had a good sized room with a slightly high but nonetheless comfy bed and a fine view across the Severn Valley. Despite the house being quite close to the road we had no problems with (road) noise. There is a pleasant garden at the rear where you can sit and enjoy a cup of tea in the sunshine. A good, and if you wanted it, extensive breakfast was available from the friendly and helpful hosts.

Whilst we were broadly pleased with our room, we found that because the bathroom was built in to one corner, it was pretty small; the shower in particular was cramped and difficult to use effectively. The two flights of stairs up to the rooms are quite steep and narrow in places so bear this in mind if you have a lot of luggage and are not so fleet of foot. Although our room generally was clean we did notice a layer of dust on some of the furniture. All told we felt that the room was perhaps a little overpriced for the facilities it offered.

Lovely choice of cereals and cooked breakfast, home made breads, set us up for the day, plenty of GF options too, great location and off road parking very handy.

Excellent cooked breakfast. Nice touch to have delicious home baked bread and homemade jam. Friendly owners who were enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the area. Perfectly placed for walking the Malvern Hills and returning by train from Ledbury.

Lovely warm welcome, host a great source of knowledge for local area and attractions, breakfasts good and lots of homemade touches also. Great access to local walks and the town, no need to move the car again. Room was clean and comfortable, wonderful addition of the utility space and boot trays.

the stairs are a bit steep and hard with a case at my age at least. The Carpark can be hard to get in and out off as the property is on one of Malvern’s many 150 degree corners.

Fabulous and genuinely warm welcome from Karen and Graham, who helped us find somewhere to watch the rugby annd made great suggestions on where to eat dinner. Great location within walking distance of town and the trails over the hills. Quiet too. Delicious breakfast, and cookies, and use of a drying room for wet walking gear.

There was absolutely nothing not to like - thank you both!

Breakfast was really good, well cooked and good ingredients ! Plenty of coffee and choices of cereals. Very warm, welcoming and friendly hosts! Our sort of people! Easy walk into the town for shops, dining etc.
