There was no phone inside of the room.

The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport and located at the very centre of Grace Bay which is a safe area and location of the upmarket hotels. It is perfectly placed for local fast food and quality restaurants - all in walking distance. The hotel has its own section of beach with loungers and shades on the exceptional Grace Bay as well as having its own pool on site. The room was decent sized with big beds and effective quiet aircon - which was needed. A large supermarket was just a 3-5 minutes walk and had a superb range of salads and hot dishes for takeaways. Vouchers for breakfast were given to spend at one of three nearby cafes. The vouchers were good for a hot breakfast and coffee at Island Scoops. The vouchers only covered 50% of the cost of a similar meal at the more expensive Shays. We didn't try Sandbox.

Breakfast at the sandbox was amazing, and was covered by the voucher for two of us. Shay breakfast was also great but not fully covered by the voucher.

Leticia was GREAT! The location was spot on. Local shops. Near Friday fish fry. Walking distance from beach, restaurants and shops. Local dining for less pricing is close too

The property itself was very nice. The pool was great and there was a nice outdoor setting.

The property was really great. I chose it for the somewhat lower price and availability. I would highly recommend. If you like a smaller, cozy resort over the huge resorts down the street, this one is for you. While not right on the beach it is a short walk to the beautiful beach. Location is right in the town with shops and restaurants very close by.

There is so much I loved about the property, but what stands out most is their winning team (Laticia, Eben and Phillip)! They were helpful beyond expectations, and helped with literally everything and with a smile: guidance on where to go, ferries, booking reservations, getting taxis, finding out about times, places and details of events on the island. The location was close to all the major shops. Although they don't have a restaurant on the property, there are several great choices with 500 feet, plus they give you vouchers to eat at the 3 most popular ones.

I wish it were beachfront, but it is so close to the beach and has its own section right on the beach, that wasn't an issue.

I loved the quiet and peaceful setting of the location. Ms. Leticia was very pleasant and helpful. The location of the property provided convenient access to everything we needed.

I felt that the ad for the property said that breakfast was included, but in fact there was a voucher provided and we had to pay the difference. It may be a marketing ploy to let guests believe that breakfast (as we know it) was fully included.The options to eat, especially the Shay Cafe that we used each day was wonderful with great service (high prices--typical for the island).

No elevators; had to climb the stairs with our luggage Small reception area Housekeeping came late in the afternoon each day to clean the rooms and we had just come back inside to rest, so did not use them. The sidewalk/ground/pavement on the property is uneven and can be a fall hazard if you are not paying full attention when moving around

very rude reception.very bad smell around the hotel and the worse was the breakfast they give you a little piece of paper with the total of 20 dollars for 2 people. what can you eat with $20 for two.you will ended paying 30 out your wallet. and you have to walk and find the restaurant yourself.

Very easy walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast vouchers ($10/person) are valid for the hours of each restaurant so we used them for lunch. There’s a mini-fridge in each room and there’s a communal microwave right outside the office.

Our room location (Rm 101) was on the first floor right by the office. While we could just walk out to the pool from our patio, there wasn’t much privacy if we wanted to sit out on the patio. I would have preferred a room further in as we could also hear music from neighboring bars at night.
