Geographe Bay Villa - Cape View
Esta totalmente independiente villa enclavada a 150 metros de la playa en el complejo Forte Cape View tiene acabados modernos con aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso y tiene capacidad para hasta 8 personas. Esta propiedad privada villa se compone de tres dormitorios y dos cuartos de baño con ropa de calidad a lo largo suministrado. El dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio cuenta con un baño privado y TV, perfecto para relajarse después de un día de descanso en la playa o descubrir las bodegas de clase mundial. La segunda habitación tiene una cama de matrimonio, con la tercera habitación con dos camas individuales y una litera doble, la configuración perfecta para una familia.
Se encuentra una amplia cocina de planta abierta, comidas y sala de estar, con suficiente espacio para todo el mundo para relajarse con un DVD en el televisor de pantalla grande, o bien a pie a la zona de entretenimiento al aire libre contiguo con barbacoa y relajarse con una copa de vino.
Para que su estancia sea aún más agradable que hemos elaborado una lista exhaustiva de las atracciones locales, bodegas y playas que se pueden leer mientras disfruta de Geographe Bay Villa - Cabo Vista.
Los huéspedes pueden utilizar las piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre, el área de juegos para niños, el área común y las instalaciones. Junto a la nueva piscina hay una gran zona de césped a la sombra de árboles preciosos, así como un nuevo parque infantil, que también es la sombra de las velas. Doble de barbacoa con asientos también se une a la nueva área común en la localidad, así como una piscina cubierta con spa adyacente.
Dentro de la zona de recepción hay un gimnasio con aire acondicionado bien equipadas y junto a esa habitación a juegos para relajarse después de un día lleno de diversión.

Quiet location in good area, easy access via bypass or hwy, short drive to multiple shops.
Good size for families, amazing basic provisions in pantry - I always forget glad wrap! And lots of kitchen items salad bowls, cooking trays, cutting boards, made things easy to make, serve and store.

This accommodation is in a great location, walking distance to the beach. The amenities within the resort were fantastic for kids with bbq areas, play equipment, pool with a smaller toddler pool & another separate indoor pool. You had everything you needed for your stay. There is AC in the accommodation and plenty of room to relax.
The only thing to note were the cleaning requirements on checkout, we were asked the “usual” things eg taking out bins, cleaning out fridge etc. But also to wipe down all surfaces & vacuum all floors. This made it hard to complete everything and checkout by 10am with a baby and toddler, we wish we’d known this before booking.
Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely book again.

Very clean and spaciousness accommodation. Ideally situated in Busselton for exploring all over the area. Had all amenities and Tom was very easy to contact. Would highly recommend.

Everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday. House was clean and tidy and check in easy. A short stroll to the beach and a pool and playground to enjoy when breeze comes in later. Only recommendation to improve would be fans in all bedrooms.

Very comfortable, spacious and clean. Close to the pool, bbqs and kids play areas. Really enjoyed our stay. also quite close to a convenience store which is handy, about a minute down the road

This villa was the perfect place to relax and unwind for the weekend. Having the beach within walking distance was just what we needed and local attractions, restaurants, etc. were just a short drive away. We are already looking at rebooking for next year 😊

The property is situated in an ideal location with less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to restaurants Ooze and Tang, and the Abbey. Coles at Vasse is only 5 minutes. You are so close to wineries, caves and beaches it's fantastic so will return.
Tom the owner is just a pleasure to deal with and any issues, which have only been minor, are quickly resolved.
It is a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, and a very comfort comfortable open plan kitchen living room.

Communication with Tom excellent as he was very prompt in replying to my many questions. Very easy to book and we were pleased with accommodation as it was nice and clean and had almost everything we needed. The resort was also great as it was quiet and well maintained. I’d definitely stay again and recommend to friends/family.

Great little house in a great location, only slight negatives were that we had to go out and buy toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. The buckle on the high chair is also broken, which wasn’t ideal for our little monkey

Very well appointed and almost everything we could have needed was included.
Plenty of space for our kids to ride and scoot in the quiet internal roads. Lovely pools, shady grass and nice walks along the beach.

We love staying at Broadwater as it’s close to the beach and there is a large pool in the complex. The resort is also close by to Vasse for shopping, and of course not far from wineries, breweries, Simmos and the Chocolate Factory! There is also a small IGA and cafe down the road for coffee and other items.
Tom the property manager is lovely and responsive to all our needs. Tom even replaced the dishwasher with a new one after one of the drawers in the dishwasher broke!
This is our 3rd year staying at Broadwater and we have booked again for next year. We can’t wait. Thank you Tom for allowing us to stay at your villa. We had a great time away in paradise!

Location was a pleasant surprise as its only 5 minutes walk within the complex which cuts onto the beach! So location is 5/5!
Unit was generally clean but upon arrive we did find the floor under the sofa fully of rubbish, some pots were rusty, knives weren't sharp and toilet had a leak onto the floor. But on the whole it was a comfortable unit with clean sheets, bath towels and clean bathroom.

It is extremely well presented, clean and in a great location being 100m to the beach 5 mins to a winery, 3 minutes to Coles at Vasse and less than 10 minutes to Busselton.
