The courtyard had a very noisy AC for an ajacent building that bothered us at night

The apartment is clean, modern, and has everything U need for an extended stay. The bed is a Queen size or maybe a King. The stairway wall is part of the old city wall which adds to the character It is located close to several small local restaurants and food stores. Also it is a small up hill climb to reach the upper Porto restaurant district, where you can dine or party till midnight As well you are in easy walking distance of all the major attractions, including the Harry Potter Book shop. Be sure to go around the back of the building to see one of the best views of the Porto sunsets. Susana will gladly help you orientate yourself and advise on where and what to see. Lastly Susana's husband just opened a Tapas restaurant in the area, highly recommend giving it a try!

The balconies face into a small court, so if you are expecting a view, only one apartment has a view. You should not let this stop you from booking, just be aware.

Not much to dislike and we didn’t mind the stairs as this was good daily exercise.. others may not tho .. would have been more amazing if there was a couple of sun beds up there but I think the owner has plans to do this in the future..

The location being central to the Ribeira but also in a quieter area. Susana was a great host.

Being sent a message by booking.com when we arrived at the airport to tell is that our airport transfer was cancelled.

Susana was the kindest and most accommodating host and Fatima was great as well. The room was very clean and comfortable with modern decor. It felt like we were the first people to ever stay there. I accidentally left a necklace in the apartment and Susana was so helpful in mailing it to me!

very good location and good value for the money

The parking situation is really bad! We where told it would be around 20€ for 24 hour parking. After looking for 1 hour for a parking spot we ended up going to the park garage it costed 33€ for less then 24 hours! The historic Center is really bad for driving in total!

Big, comfortable bed. clean apartment with terrace. water pressure in the bathroom was great. Near city center.

No elevator. Building is in between 2 other buildings in the middle of a steep hill.

Susana went above and beyond to accommodate us. We felt comfortable and right at home.

Perfect location (2 minutes walk from the Clérigos tower and 1 minute walk from an amazing miraduro over the city). The apartment has every comfort you need. It’s is clean and comfortable. No need for any key 🔑 because every door has a passcode.

The only remark is that there is no elevator in the building (but I believe it is normal in Porto).

The only thing...and it's minor and to be expected with old buildings...is it was little damp, but the dehumidifier did a great job.
