Bienvenido a Cape Aqua! Esta casa unifamiliar de vacaciones en Siesta Key tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 1/2 baños y piscina. Situado en la calle privada más cercana al nombre de América n. ° 1. Las dos puertas dobles grandes con cristal esmerilado decorativo le dan la bienvenida a esta espaciosa casa. La planta cuenta con un gran diseño abierto con mucho espacio para el entretenimiento. En la parte posterior de este casa de vacaciones tiene una gran privado defender-en la piscina climatizada con energía solar y Lanai. Los niños pueden jugar al aire libre en el patio trasero de la hierba. La suite principal está amueblado con una cama King-size, TV de pantalla plana de 32 "LED TV, walk-in closet y gran bañera. Hay una sala de estar independiente, comedor y sala de estar w TV de pantalla plana / 55 "LED. Los dos dormitorios ofrecen una cama de matrimonio y dos individuales entre los dos que comparten un baño. House is located perfectly on the north end of the key in a quiet neighborhood tucked away across from the public beach. Walking distance to both the beach and Siesta Village. Walkable and bike riding very easy on back streets among lovely homes. Home itself has a pool with large sliding glass doors that open to the pool in most rooms. Master suite is large and comfortable and alone on its own side of the house from the other bedrooms. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again if available next time we visit!

My stay in Siesta Key at Cape Aqua was fantastic. I hope to be able to return in the future. I was there for the month of December, and I was delighted that there was a Christmas Tree stored in the garage that I could use! I don't think the pool was heated although we used it for at least two of the four weeks.

Fabulous Month

Perfect beach getaway
We had an amazing time staying in Siesta Key. The house was the perfect size for our family, with ample space to live, work, and play. The neighborhood is lovely - great for bike rides and a very easy walk to the beach. Not far from the village or shopping either.
Decor is dated, but the house had everything we needed and location was great.

Very clean and spacious house with a fabulous swimming pool! Great location in a quiet neighborhood, 3 blocks from the Siesta Key Beach main entrance and a mile to Siesta Key Village. Property Manager was extremely responsive. We had an air conditioning issue and the technician was at the house in less than 2 hours to make the repair.

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood with a short 2-3 block walk to Siesta Beach and 1/2 mile from village. The house has natural light coming in from all sides of house with beautiful view of screened in pool/patio area.

The screened pool was a lovely quiet place to sit in the sun or eat at the large table. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The house is spacious and clean, and it is located a short walking distance from Siesta Beach. The pool is very nice & kept at a comfortable temperature. We have stayed in Sarasota many times, and we would definitely be interested in staying in this property again. We had some issues with the ice maker that were addressed (not fixed per my request) by the rental company. We also lost a few screens over the pool during a tropical storm, and the rental company took care immediately. My only recommendation to the owners is to update the decorating. The house could also use more kitchen utensils and a mixer (I bought one & left it, so you have one now)...otherwise LOVELY home.

Only two blocks from the beach but very little traffic makes the location ideal. The floor plan of the home is very easy to live with and seems to be in very good condition. When we weren't at the beach we were in the pool or relaxing in the lanai. The property manager is great. We had a problem with one of the bicycles and it was replaced the next day. We plan to keep coming back.

The only constructive criticism that I have is the website says although this is a monthly rental, they will rent for 2 weeks if done in advance... Well, I stayed the month on June, 2015 and inquired about renting for 2 weeks in September, yes, I could rent 2 weeks in September, but have to pay the full monthly price. I told this management Co. That I thought this was misleading and should bebtsken off website that 2 week rental was possible.

House was clean upon arrival. As we have stayed here before were concerned that sun loungers are now down to only 2 and the covers have not been replaced (they need to be.) Also new bed linen and beach towels should be replaced, these being worn out.
