The pool/beach keys DID NOT WORK. We called maintenance, but no action was taken. This was extremely difficult as we had 2 elderly/handicapped in our party and they often had to stand and wait while we asked others to open the gates for us. We missed the beach chairs and umbrella that you had available last year. I would recommend this property, IF the gate problem were fixed.

The location is amazing, you can’t beat the views. The condo was well furnished and has everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The only thing that needs updates is the key system to the pool/beach. We had 5 adults and only having two keys was inconvenient.

Our stay at the Emerald Isle was great. Unit 303 has everything you need. You can watch the sunsets with an amazing view from the balcony. JC Resort has been wonderful to deal with. The resort is in walking distance to shopping, restaurants, gift shops. The property is well maintained and very clean. Pam at JC Resort provided wonderful customer service. We have been returning guest for many years and we will be back. You walk out of your unit and the pool is right in front of you, and then you walk right on to a beautiful sandy beach. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Pam and the management with JCResorts were great! This is our second stay with them. Their buildings and the facilities are very nice and well maintained. We did stay at Emerald Isle this stay in unit 303. Unfortunately, our unit was nice as clean as we had hoped it would be. Also, the living room furniture was older, and very uncomfortable. It definitely needs replaced. The staff was attentive and helpful with our cleaning issue. Although our unit was not what we had expected, I do recommend Pam and the crew for booking your vacation!

We have been coming to the area for 32 years and first stayed at Emerald Isle back then on our first visit. JC have always been our go to for accommodation either here or at Sand Dollar. The condominiums are located well and mostly all in good condition as was 303. Fo the first time in all these years we had to evacuate due to Idalia but we had to rely on the news really for what to do as JC said that they could not phone our UK cell phone numbers to update us? They were helpful though when we contacted them and reimbursed us for lost days due to relocating to Orlando and a reduction on the remaining stay due to the storm surge that dumped about 12 inches of sand into the pool and onto the pool decking. We also had our flight cancelled on our last day and Pam was really helpful and considerate with letting us stay on till we needed to get our rearranged flight. I was surprised to hear that there was on maid service at all now though and was informed this was due to Covid, but this has passed now? There always used to be a midweek service, but was informed that if we needed anything like extra towels or linen we could collect some from the office, albeit the condo was well stocked and we could wash what we needed to if need be.We are looking forward to our next visit.

The condo was nice. We did have a problem with the dryer, but maintenance was able to get it running for us. We also got stuck in the elevator and the fire department had to rescue us. Needless to say we took the stairs the rest of the week. Condo didn't have paper towels and dish soap, but did provide some 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and dishwasher pods for the kitchen. Good location on the beach and the beach is wonderful here. Short drive to good restaurants and grocery stores. Good 40 minutes from airport in Tampa.

Condo location was amazing...the view of the beach and you could walk to a few restaurants, coffee shops and stores. It was clean and had good stock of items. I wish there was a gas grill Vs charcoal and the key situation to get in and out of condo and gate to pool and beach was a little annoying bc we had teenagers who would want to go up to condo and then we would be left with no key waiting or have to walk kids to condo. I know they are working on going keyless but the gates to pools and beach etc should be next on the list. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was in a perfect location and we were able to watch beautiful sunsets every night from the balcony. The furniture was comfortable and nice. There were some beach toys and an umbrella for use which was nice, however, there were not any specific beach towels but there were ample bathroom towels. The kitchen had basic cooking supplies though significantly less well appointed than several other condos I have stayed in, almost no spices to use to cook meals—which is fine just would be good to know ahead of time. To condo superficially was clean but our socks became very dark brown/black from the tile floors—they appeared to have been swept as there was no obvious debris but needed a deep steam clean/mopping. The first day we arrived the elevator was broken and when I called maintenance about it they said it frequently happens when it is very windy.

The condo was super clean and the view was spectacular! The only issue that we had was that we were only given one key to the building and one key for the condo. We had 5 adults in the 3 bedroom condo and when a couple went for a walk on the beach, we had to constantly coordinate schedules so that we could get back in the building.
Also, we only had one parking spot for a 3 bedroom condo and had to park the other car down the street at my brothers place about a half mile away.
So...if you have one car and one family that stays together the entire week, this condo is just perfect!

Nothing but good things to say about this condo! Great size, very very clean and modern bathrooms! Beautiful view from spacious deck!!!! Everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Close to everything you need!

It's large with everything you would need and has fantastic views and restaurants close by. Pool was clean and water temperature was perfect with plenty of sun loungers. Beds were really comfortable. My only feedback would be that I think the doors to the balcony should have a child lock fitted as I was always concerned one of my children would get up and go out to the balcony unattended.

Late arrival instructions were easy to follow. Condo was clean with a beautiful oceanfront balcony. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Emerald Isle has fewer units than other complexes in the area making it more private. It was a secure building with keys for the gates to the building, pool, and beach, however our gate keys were tricky and didn’t always work. We would definitely stay there again.

Paradise in May
We normally stay in Indian Shores/Indian Rocks and have stayed in various locations from St.Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach. I have to say that this property was definitely our favorite so far. The view was amazing and the sunsets were spectacular. The property felt safe and secure which was important to us. The condo was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. We had a wonderful time and will be returning.

Sand Sea and Serenity!!
We loved the property!! It was clean and spacious. We could see, hear and smell the ocean daily. The condo had sand chairs, a beach umbrella, coolers etc. There were plenty of towels and a great laundry area to wash towels when they ran low! We appreciated everything!!

Girls get away
The property was very nice, although it needs a good cleaning! The exhaust vents in hall bathroom are really bad. The patio door lock is broken and will not lock. The locks on the door to unit and door to lobby are hard to get to work with the keys and was a struggle all week. The staff was very friendly and resolved our TV issue right away. Would stay here again.

Grandparents Trip
My mom, Nana, Papaw, and I spent a week in this beautiful condo. There is so much space and we loved that we all had rooms with a king bed. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony was our favorite as it was very spacious and had the best views. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed from in the kitchen to plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The condo is extremely close to the beach and we absolutely loved that. It was only 30 steps from the gate to our chairs on the beach. We loved having rental chairs available right in front and that service was the best we’ve ever had. The privacy and quietness of this condo was perfect. The parking space being right out the back door and covered was also very nice. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay and a perfect trip. This trip will be one we will never forget.

Amazing
This property was all you could want and more, beautiful condo had everything you needed plus some only complaints we had was the remodeling of the unit right above banging allday everyday till 9 pm and the smoking policy your on vacation you should be able to sit on your balcony and enjoy a smoke if you want one!!!

Nice rental with great view
This was a lovely rental unit right on the beach. The check in and check out process was easy with no problems. This unit has an unobstructed beach view in a quiet area. It was easy to go to and from the beach anytime we wanted. The unit also included a reserved covered parking spot. The actual unit had 3 bedrooms each with comfortable king sized beds and everything we needed. There is a nice sized pool and an outdoor shower to rinse off sand as well. Overall we had a great time and would definitely consider this location again. If you are looking for an atmosphere like Panama City Beach you will need to go elsewhere but if you’re wanting a quiet location with a lovely view, this is perfect.

Fantastic property!
We had a fantastic stay. The location is beautiful and the beach is not crowded. I particularly loved being able to sit at the pool while the kids swam and still have a great view of the ocean. Sunsets were beautiful from the beach and the balcony! The reserved parking spot under the building was nice because the car was never hot from sitting in the sun. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys that were previously left in the condo which was great. Overall best condo we have stayed in.
