Beautiful, Upscale & Unique Tuscan-Style 3 Story With 1 King Bedroom & 2 Baths.
Hermosa, única, espaciosa, nueva y asequible, describe esta maravillosa villa de huéspedes al estilo toscano de la Isla Catalina.
Esta es una propiedad de 3 pisos con 1 dormitorio y 2 baños completos. Capacidad para 2 personas máximo.
En la planta baja se encuentra la sala de estar con sofá, mesa y sillas, TV de pantalla plana y baño completo con bañera.
En el piso medio se encuentra la cocina moderna con estufa de acero inoxidable, microondas y lavavajillas. Hay un lindo desayunador con una pequeña mesa para comer o jugar a las cartas.
En el piso superior se encuentra el dormitorio principal con cama tamaño queen, amplios armarios, televisor de pantalla plana y un hermoso baño principal con plato de ducha grande, dos lavamanos, baño separado y una bañera de hidromasaje de gran tamaño. (La chimenea que puede ver no es funcional).
Tanto en los rellanos del segundo y tercer piso hay balcones con puertas francesas (no balcones con salida) que se abren para obtener vistas y aire fresco. Al igual que con muchas propiedades en la playa, no tenemos aire acondicionado, sin embargo tenemos varios ventiladores y muchas ventanas.
Y en frente tenemos un patio de losa con mesa y sillas junto con nuestro propio agujero de 4 hoyos PUTTING GREEN! Este es un gran lugar para sentarse y disfrutar de su café de la mañana o un cóctel por la tarde o simplemente practicar su puesta. También es genial si te gusta ver a la gente, ya que hay actividad en el vecindario con carritos de golf y gente que pasa. ¡Y al anochecer y en la noche, busque ciervos justo afuera de nuestra puerta!

Mire alrededor de TODAS las otras 1 habitaciones en el mercado de alquiler y no encontrará nada como esto. Por menos de lo que pagaría por una habitación de hotel agradable pero básica, tiene una cocina, sala de estar, 2 baños, 2 televisores y un patio exterior y un putting green. Cuanto más compras, mejor miramos!
Estamos ubicados en una zona residencial 'en los pisos' en la esquina de Clemente y Tremont y lejos de bares ruidosos. Estamos a unos 5-6 minutos a pie de la playa y la calle principal con todas las tiendas y restaurantes. También estamos a solo 3 minutos del campo de golf Catalina (contamos con clubes de golf que puedes usar) y a 3-4 minutos a pie de la plaza principal, donde se encuentran todos los recorridos turísticos. Desde la terminal de botes, estamos a 11-12 minutos a pie, pero si lo prefiere, puede tomar un taxi.
Sin mascotas. No Fumar. 2 personas MAXIMO. No tenemos un carrito de golf. La casa no tiene aire acondicionado, aunque hay varios ventiladores y ventanas.

Randy’s property was ideal for our weekend getaway. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, a short walk to all of the Avalon attractions and great restaurants. The property was clean and the bed comfortable. Randy was responsive to our questions and requests. He also provided lots of helpful information about the area.

The property is really close to downtown, but Avalon is a small city, so most everything is close.
We spent 5 nights and the entire home is comfortable. It is nicely decorated with some really nice murals on the walls. There are 3 floors. We are fine with stairs, but if you have trouble climbing stairs this home is not for you..
There is a small putting green out front and thats fun as well.

My wife and I spent 5 days on Catalina Island attending the JazzTrax jazz festival and touring the island.
Our 'headquarters' was Randy's wonderful property....a short walk to all the main activities and shops, but far enough away to allow some quiet down time too.
The property is top notch, with no issues whatsoever. Randy made sure to keep in touch with us before, during and after our stay to ensure that everything was satisfactory.
We would strongly recommend staying at Randy's 'home away from home' property

Excellent place to stay on Catalina! Very clean and all the comforts of home. Randy is super responsive to questions before and during your stay. The master bedroom and bath are large and great for relaxing. We cooked and ate most meals in the nicely equipped kitchen. Vons is very close and all groceries were reasonably priced. The location could not be better with just a 5 minute walk to shops and the beach. We had no use for a golf cart, bikes or taxis – everything in Avalon is a 10 minute or shorter walk from the house (including the ferry port). We will be back soon…

The house is located an easy walk from town but far enough from the noise to be very quiet at night. Comfortable and very clean. Had everything you could need, except a kitchen sponge to do dishes. Vons was so close to pick up groceries. Would definitely stay again and recommend as long as you can do the stairs. As the description says, there are a lot of them.

Everything exceeded the expectations. No tricks. No nothing. Just an amazing place to stay so I can forget about where we sleep and just focus on being on the island. No background thoughts. Immaculate, had lots of nice touches that made the stay pleasant. Randy was very responsive to a question we had. The space is on 3 different floors so we got our steps in. The master bedroom and bath are large and great to relax in after a day exploring the island. The location is great, several blocks from the crowds and restaurants so quieter but super close to everything.

We love to cook and eat, so we really enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen.
As described in the listing, the house has three levels. You enter on the 1st level which has a TV room with a bathroom and foyer. We found ourselves not using the bottom floor hardly at all, which was fine for us. Second floor has a kitchen that is well equipped and makes it easy to prepare and store food. There’s a little breakfast nook with a couple stools and a comfy booth.
The third-floor has a bedroom with ample storage, and even cedar-lined closets! There’s also a master bath with two sinks, a shower and a Jacuzzi tub.
The owner is very helpful and easy to communicate with, which made the trip even more enjoyable.
Location was also a plus. Probably about five minutes from the heart of town by foot, but far enough away to where it was quiet and peaceful most of the time.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is about a ten minute easy, level walk to everything in town (and I’m a slow walker). We appreciated having two bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet, safe neighborhood. As the listing indicates, there are lots of stairs so this might not be the ideal place for those with knee problems. We thought it was a great value to be able to stay in a clean and comfortable place right in town, within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This little villa is tastefully decorated, well-kept, and clean. The location is just far enough out of the hustle and bustle of downtown, but close enough for an easy 8-10 minute walk into town. The a/c worked well, and the bed was comfortable. There are lots of stairs, so it's not for those will difficulty walking. We would stay her again, for sure!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights to celebrate my birthday. It was an amazing place, a lot more spacious than the others I saw online. Location was great, walking distance to the shops and restaurants. We walked to descanso beach the first time but did get a taxi the second day. Would definitely recommend this property!
