I couldn't have asked for more . Gorgeous home . Amazing pool that we were able to use everyday . Wildlife neer property . Fire pit. Great BBQ grill. Game room was really great for the kids . Lots of room to play in basement.

Excellent house for our group of friends. Everything was in great condition and the pool, which was heated, was great. Would definitely stay here again

The house was stunningly beautiful and very spacious. The grounds were even more spectacular, With the basketball and pool and firepit the young ones with us were in heaven. Also the basement was fully equipped with table tennis, air hockey, ride in toys. Lots of fun. We have rented throughout the US and Europe the last several years and never had such a well stocked house. If we considered something we needed, it was there! There was also a beautiful vegetable garden and we had delish tomatoes from it!! The grounds were so well maintained and lovely just to walk in. A house great for all ages and you can hide from each other if you want to!! The location was divine. 5 minute walk to Kennedys Beach which had the best sunsets. 10 to 15 minute drive to Greenport where we shopped and ate a few times. 2 grocery stores withing couple of miles. Very safe location. We loved it so much that we plan a return trip in the near future!! Any questions we had were promptly handled by the property manager.

We had a wonderful 3 day weekend staying in this beautiful home. There were 14 of us and everyone had plenty of space. I especially loved having the downstairs bedroom and bath as we had my elderly mother with us. Unfortunately we were not able to use the outdoor space as the weather was not cooperative but it looked very inviting! We loved the North Fork. This property is very centrally located near all the wineries, and just a 5 minute drive to Greenport. We would definitely stay here again if and when we get back to the area.

What a perfect house! We had several families and never felt crowded. Centrally located. It was just perfect!

11 Adults staying on this Estate all agree: Stunning / Clean / Fun / Well equipped to accommodate all in Comfort and Luxury inside and out...Outstanding Location within Long Islands fantastic Vineyard "district!" The huge, well appointed Kitchen area allowed us to enjoy many delicious home cooked meals where great conversation and story telling took place! We strolled to the beautiful local beach, drove a short distance to the Wedding venue we were there to attend, enjoyed wine tasting in the local wineries, and explored this historic Southold area of Long Island! Most importantly, we had a blast as a family where too much time had passed between gatherings! Thank you to the Home Owners and their great property manager, Tabitha!

Overall we had a great experience. The house was great for entertaining! Any issues or questions were addressed very quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

It is a lovely house with a very good layout for an extended family or multiple families. The owner is friendly and helpful. We had fourteen people in the house ranging from grandparents to toddlers, but mostly adults and teenagers. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool is wonderful and the two acre grounds looked expansive and lush. The basement is large and open with a ping pong tabIe, some free weights and other games. The kids spent a lot of time there. I could only think of a couple of glitches to the vacation. One, the house could use a deep cleaning. There were areas with accumulated dust and regrettably a condom was found under a throw rug in one of the bedrooms upstairs. For this, I blame the cleaning crew. Second, there was a minor setback with the check out. The owner kept 300.00 to pay for two missing air mattresses and two rokku sticks. Upon further inquiry, these were later found and the money returned. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and my family enjoyed the vacation tremendously. We would be back without hesitation.
