Perfect beach setting. Perfect house for all the family. Restful and welcoming

The property exceeded expectations. Not your usual beach rental. Clean and very well kept. Family space and kid space were well thought out.
Only downside were steps walking up to the entrance. Very steep and could be a challenge if mobility issues.

This was our first time to Bolivar and we had the best time. The house was just as advertised! Clean with everything you need and on the beach! We will definitely be back!!

Three families with high school seniors…since January we’ve had our crazy varsity soccer season, directly into graduation…and this was our unwinding weekend. Right on the beach…the house and deck were perfect, ANd we set up pickleball, Cornhole and shanka ball under the house. When we had a small issue, I emailed management and they had it addressed within the hour. We will definitely be back!

Truly enjoyed Spending time with our family. Seems to have everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable just wish that the weather would have been better Overcast Wendy we needed to bring more bug spray. Not sure if there were mosquitoes, but we all got bit Oh yeah,.

These two houses were immaculate most amazing place we have ever stayed at! The beautiful view to wake up to each and every morning was amazing. The access to the beach was so wonderful to have. Everything in the house was wonderful so nicely spaced out for groups of people nobody was on top of each other. They have everything you need to go on the beach to grilling to space underneath the house. We look forward to going back again as a family trip with all our kids. I would highly highly recommend renting these houses absolutely amazing!!

19 Family members consisting of Grandparents, 3 sets of Parents, and 11 Grandchildren ages 1 to 17 stayed for 4 days. We enjoyed the cabin immensely. It accommodated all of us well, and the beach access was phenomenal.

We came in the day before and stayed at another house close to this house, and asked for early check in. There was nobody in the house as we checked. We asked for early check in and was told we could not. I understand if there was people in the house, and it needed cleaning but there was not. Over all it was great!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect beach house for 2 or 3 families
The Flamingo was perfect for our quick birthday celebration at the beach. The home has four private bedrooms and a huge loft with 10 twin beds upstairs--perfect for the kiddos to all pile in.
The kitchen was well-equipped and the bathrooms were nice. The home is new and clean, exactly what I want for family getaways.
The beach is just across the dunes and the view was wonderful.
Family members who visited just for the day said they would like to book the same house for future beach gatherings because it was so clean and the home's layout was ideal.

A Great Weekend Getaway
What a wonderful house and location! The kitchen and main floor family room is beautiful and wide open with plenty of seating and beautiful views. The deck is huge and relaxing. All the main floor bedrooms are set up very well. There is an amazing loft area/2nd floor where all the kids (10) could bunk, play ping pong, watch tv, etc. Excellent proximity to the beach!!!

Right by walkway to beach & the house is right there, half a block to drive going to the beach so location was great. House fit our group well. BIG kitchen! Loved having a big washer & dryer. Three recliner sofas in living room but 3 of the seats weren’t working well…overall I would def recommend and personally go back to this house!

In the Pink
A perfect evaluation of our stay is best said by our three year old twin granddaughters, “We want to live here in the pink Flamingo house!” All of our group had a memorable 5 days and nights in this beautiful beach home. All amenities provided - we loved the view, proximity to the beach, and decor. With my husband growing up in the area, we have been to Bolivar countless times during the last 40 years. We agree that the Flamingo would be hard to beat! We will be back!!

The home is on the beach with great views. The property management company immediately responded and repaired the wi-fi issue we had.
I had my children and grand children in the home, total of 11. Their was more than enough room.

Perfect for large family group, grandparents on the deck watching family and dogs on the beach right below. Long quiet walks with few people around. Beautifully set up rooms, clean, very well stocked kitchen. Will be back!!!

The house was everything it said it was and the beach location was perfect for the family. A short ride down the beach and you have access to all the fun!

Nice home to stay in
The home is really nice. However it is very close to other homes only a few feet away. One evening there was a group next to us doing fireworks and they did it for a long time. It was hard to get the kids to bed. Checkin and checkout times are 10:00 am for checkout and 4:00 pm for checkin, with no exceptions.

Spacious house for 4 couples, 7 children
The Flamingo is well designed for a family beach trip. The beach is only steps away from the house. The underneath patio / cookout area is great, with tables for enjoying dinner. The grill could be larger - cooking for 15 had to be done in stages. We cooked out two nights because of the planned Bolivar power outage by Entergy, which ran horribly over-long.
Overall, we loved our stay.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone!
Property was exactly as expected but beach and water had chunks of cement with rebar wire which could be a hazard for children.

Amazing property
The house was amazing and spacious and the patio was even better. Plenty of seating and spending the entire day in the sun. It was very windy that weekend so there wasn’t any beach with the water pushing up high but we didn’t need the beach wjth this patio and ocean views. The space beneath the house is perfect as well. Make sure you bring sharp knifes or scissors for meal prep if you needed. We had someone with a pocket knife what saved us. But other than that there were plenty of kitchen items and massive space. Loved it and would definitely come back.

Perfect house for family gathering
We loved this house for our family gathering. Awesome location! Its right on the beach, with a beautiful large deck so you can watch the ocean while drinking a cup of coffee or a cocktail. The kitchen is equipped with anything you may need. Would highly recommend it!

Great for anyone
We had an all girls trip with 20 of us. The house was amazing and clean. The area was safe and clean. Also the owner of the house was so sweet he helped up carry Ice up to the house.
