Quiet and spacious

Property is located in swamp lands. We battled mosquitoes inside and outside.

House was very roomy and decorated super beachy. Never ran out of hot water. It was completely stocked with necessities in kitchen, bath, and laundry room. Beds actually were comfy. At first we were skeptical of the location, but ended up loving it!! It was really cool to see the tug boats in action moving barges 24/7. We were able to catch crabs at the location, but they were too small to keep, however, the kids loved the experience. Really liked the automatic lighting on steps and door area.

The deck needs attention as there were several rotten/rotting boards which I would question the integrity although our stay didn't involve any "accidents", however, there are potential opportunities for an accident. Also, would add deck furniture high enough to see over top rail would really be a plus.

the second bedroom window did not seal. we heard the wind whistling all night.

Roomy rooms, photo book decor, away from the crowds, and all yall provided.

Master bed not real comfy. No underhouse trash can.

Location was so private and made for a great morning walk

Pretty nice house. Good parking.

No hot water, rotten decking was pretty dangerous, and house shook way too much in the wind.

Fire alarm kept going off all day, finally had to just take the battery out. No WiFi. Couch in the living room was like patio furniture and blanket on bed was thin like a sheet. Water pressure lacking, but the facility was was very clean.
