Casa adosada de nueva construcción ubicada en la popular zona del centro de la ciudad, Tallahassee. Nuestra casa se encuentra a pocos pasos de bares, restaurantes y una cervecería popular. También está al otro lado de la calle del hermoso Lago Ella, que cuenta con una adorable cafetería y un excelente lugar para visitar. También se encuentra a poca distancia en automóvil del campus de Florida State, el estadio y el centro de la ciudad. Esta casa es limpia, tranquila y cerca de todo. ¡Reserva y disfruta de tu estancia!

This was an amazing townhome. Had all the comforts of home. Very clean and spacious with all modern updates. But the best amenity is the closeness to everything, especially the FSU Campus. It is located only 6 min to the FSU Law School and just a bit longer to the main campus. Perfect for our stay. Midtown is a great little area with fun restaurants and even a brewery within walking distance. I will certainly book this home again if we are back in town.

The house was exactly as pictured online. It was a great place for our family to spend the holidays. Open layout downstairs allows for casual hanging out and spacious bedrooms upstairs provided time alone as needed. 10/10 would rent again!

We stayed here for our my daughter’s graduation from FSU. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, we felt right at home. The distance to FSU was perfect. I will definitely stay here again, when I am In Tallahassee.

Everything about this rental is perfect! We stayed for 8 days to watch our daughter perform in the FSU spring musical and it was great! Super convenient location to everything as well as roomy and updated! I would highly recommend and we will hopefully be staying here again soon!

Our family stayed for a long weekend and absolutely loved the property! The townhome is new, clean, and beautifully decorated. It is a great size for families or couples traveling together. The location is super easy for getting to Doak Campbell Stadium and central to all of Tallahassee. Amy is very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Immaculate and centrally located.
We were in Tallahassee for a family wedding and this townhouse was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we find ourselves in Tallahassee.

Great Place
A great place to stay, was in town a few days for daughters recital. Location is perfect, short walk to the lake nearby. FSU campus right there, and an hour to the golf coast.
Host was great and place was awesome. If ever in Tallahassee again would stay here for sure.

Comfortable and Convenient
Comfortable accommodations for a group of five with modern amenities. Property was clean throughout and communication with the Manager was effective and seamless. The location was centralized to all of our activities. This was an enjoyable stay!

Definitely a Treasure
I recently stayed here with my daughter while she went through sorority recruitment at FSU since she was not able to move into her apartment until later in the week. The home had everything we needed and so much more! It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The home is conveniently located with many places to eat and shop very close by. Amy, the host, provided excellent recommendations for places to eat while we were there and even checked in on us after some bad weather came through the area. I highly recommend a Midtown Treasure. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Townhouse was in a great location in regards to FSU campus and restaurants.

Perfect Family Home
We came to Tallahassee to visit family bed this was a perfect central location. You can walk to get coffee, run around Lake Ella or walk to dinner. There were plenty of sheets, blankets, towels, cleaning supplies, dishes, etc. Amy was a wonderful host! We will be back!

Dream Vacation Rental
We stayed at Amy's beautiful townhouse during a weekend trip. We were already excited just by the photos of the property, but the actual home surpassed even those expectations! Amy's home is immaculately clean, tastefully decorated with such an attention to detail and well-located to top it off. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room has insanely comfortable furniture and a large TV, the bedrooms had remarkably comfortable beds and the bathrooms even have mini shampoo, conditioner and soap!
Amy herself was very sweet, responsive and helpful and gave us recommendations on restaurants/bars within walking distance from the house.
I can honestly say I was sad to leave. All in all, it was the perfect place for us to gather, relax and spend quality time together. I can't wait to go back! Highly recommend!

Excellent Rental Experience in Tallahassee
My family and I were in need of a short term rental while awaiting the completion of our new residence in Tallahassee. Being there is a lack of short term rentals in this market, we turned to VRBO and found Amy and her wonderful property. Working with Amy was a pleasure and she was always amicable and accommodating, regardless of the request. Her townhome was immaculate and the neighborhood was fantastic, in the heart of Midtown and accessible to the entire city. I would rent this location again if the need ever arises and would recommend her services to all who would need a rental while in Tallahassee.

Perfect place for us!
We stayed in this home during a trip to take our kids to school. It is new, clean and beautifully furnished. Not being too familiar with the area, we were very please to find we were conveniently located close to both kids. We really needed a garage and this home has one large enough for two cars.
It was such a nice place for us to relax, have dinner and family time! The kitchen had every cooking utensil and amenity we needed. The Alexa for music in the kitchen was a nice touch!
The owner communicated with me promptly from inquiry to the end of our stay, answering our questions. We are looking forward to staying here again for future visits. Thanks so much for having us!

Amy was great and very nice to deal with. The home was new, spotless and in a perfect location to enjoy FSU and the city. Everything we wanted to see or do was within 2-3 miles. Can’t say enough good things about our experience. We had an amazing weekend.
