Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of plush towels, check in representative very seeet and personable.
There was a guest a door or two down from us who purposely allowed the door of his room to slam shut several times beginning at 2am and continued after 3am. I called the front desk to ask if they would say something to the jerk. I had to restrain my husband from confronting him. We were traveling due to a sad family emergency and had gone several days without much sleep. The front desk could see down the short hall from where our room was. I asked if this was someone who was just checking in and she said no they checked in the day before. The door slamming didn’t stop after I reported it twice but I assumed the young lady didn’t feel comfortable approaching the person on her own, which I understand. I’m sure he disrupted several guests, all women in that hall who were probably afraid to say anything. Aside from the inconsiderate door slammer which wasn’t the hotels fault, everything was excellent.

Beds are super comfortable, front desk staff is all awesome. Shoutout to Tina for making our stay memorable!!
There was a lot of markings in the room, scratches, hole in the bathroom wall behind the bathroom door, cap for one of the bars in the shower was off but other than that the room was great.

Convenient location. Room was clean. Good price for amenities. Quick late night check in.
Couldn’t completely close curtains. Had to wait hours for a new set of towels. Room was a little outdated/worn. Breakfast was boring.

The hotel was right across the street from where our truck broke down. The people were very nice and where we stayed had NO buses, taxis, or Ubers but the lady at the hotel remembered a transportation service gave her their card and she let me take a pic so we could get to the car rental place in NC so we could get back home to MA
The washer and dryer was out of service for the 2 days we were there. I had to wash our clothes in the sink

Terrible, unless you like dry egg crumbles, stale bread, and weak bitter coffee. After that, we ate elsewhere.
Primary staff member was unfriendly, surly, accusatory. Others were better but not by much. The breakfast looked hotel average but was actually close to inedible. We ate elsewhere at our own expense. The beds were worn out. I awoke with terrible back pain from the mattress. The pillows were basically sacks of foam pieces. The room had no ventilation and the temperature was hard to control. The towels were thin as sheets and only minimally supplied. The TV was mounted stationary and pointed to no place with seating or other means of viewing. The channels were pitiful.

Breakfast was pretty good, sausage patties and scrambled eggs were good. But more fresh fruit would be nice, cause I’m on a special diet where I’m supposed to eat more fruits and vegetables! The staff was very courteous. Overall, a really good experience!
It was a little tricky to get the shower curtain around the the seat in the shower. Aside from taking the seat out for guests who don’t need it, I don’t know what to do about that…

The room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Pets welcome. Bed was very comfortable.
No blow dryer in room and the front desk did not have an extra one. No coffee available in the lobby at 5:30 am although supposed to be there 24/7. There was a coffee maker in the room however. The blackout curtains didn't shut completely and I had a stripe of light on my face from the outside parking lights when I went to bed.
