It was very clean

The hotel didn’t seem to be in the best area

Breakfast was good. Lemon water being offered all the time was nice.

A barking dog next door kept me awake all night. My husband called the front desk to complain, but it didn’t help.

It was up-to-date clean for the most part

On the main floor, the bathroom door didn’t lock in the lobby also, the breakfast was not good

Nicely decorated,. Large rooms. Friendly staff! Dog friendly! Nice stay.

No ice maker on our floor.

The staff was pleasant and the check in process was quick. The additional fees for the pet were reasonable.

The carpeting is wearing inside the room and in the hallway. The rear security door needs some attention since it appears to broken and the scanners don't work as efficiently as they should. The Fitness room needs some repair with some weights missing and equipment broken. I have stayed at this particular hotel several times in the last 5 years because of it's location. but it continues to show increased signs of significant wear and damage.

Front desk & housekeeper's customer service was good.

bed bug appeared. All surrounding hotels were sold out. Had to drive 10 minutes down the highway for a room somewhere else. Management not available to approve another room for my son and I. I had to spend more money although my stay here was paid for.

Great employees. Very comfortable beds. We will stay here again.
