Lovely big apartment right in the centre. The underground parking was very useful. Lovely and modern & nicely appointed. Very comfy and all amenities you could want. Would recommend!

The only issue we had was we had confirmed we would be arriving at check-in time (3pm) but the apartment was still being cleaned at 3:20 when we arrived. This meant the key wasn't waiting in the box as the instructions had specified and the cleaner was quite abrupt when we tried to access the room. We ended up having to leave and come back

The apartment is large and quite close to the city center.

The cleanliness can be significantly improved. There were stains in the bathroom, kitchen and on the curtains. The block is made of cheap materials and reminds me of the cheap hundreds of blocks built in the sea resorts like Mamaia. The mattress is ridiculously soft and when your partner turns around during the sleep, you will feel every move too. The balcony doors have no mosquito screens so we had some flies as uninvited guests which were very annoying during the morning. The apartment is not sound proof. We heard a lot of noise from outside during the morning. This is worsened by the many airplanes flying above the center of Cluj (I have never seen so many planes flying so low above the center of a large city...but this is not the property's fault of course). So being sound proof is very important. The windows (at least the only one with a mosquito screen) should be left open before a new guest arrives. The air inside stinks when you get inside the apartment. The official policy acocrding to the information provided by the host (the menu in the fridge) is to receive a bottle of water every day for each guest. No replacement after the first day was provided. So: cleanliness, not sound proof, lack of balcony doors mosquito screens, insufficient ventilation, cheap building feeling

Nothing it was perfect

Good location, close to city center, underground parking included in the room rate, spacious apartment.

Perhaps I had some bad luck, receiving probably an apartment that hasn't been cleaned thouroughly for quite a long time. I found spiders in both rooms and quite a few spider webs in the bedroom. The shower area needs as well an update, since many dirty spots were there and also hair was found in the bathroom. With some proper cleaning it could become a very good option in Cluj.

Location is quite good as it is within walking distance from the city center (10 minutes walk) and it has an underground parking which is a great plus for Cluj (quite difficult to find available parking spaces and you need to pay every 4 hours if you use public spots). The apartments are equipped with everything that you could possible need or want and are quite modern looking. The rooms are spacious and the whole setup is really cosy.

I suffer from back pain (2 herniated disks) and I found the bed to be unbearably soft which caused some acute pains for me throughout the day. Then again, not everyone has chronic back problems so would still wholeheartedly recommend the property.

I think the location and the way of check-in were great experiences, and the host responded quickly. Also, I liked the privet parking it was safe and significant.
