The location was great and the room was a decent size.

The staff told us we did not have a booking on arrival and that it was full because it "got busy". They then proceeded to call someone to tell them we weren't leaving despite having shown the booking confirmation. They then told us where to park our car which was boxed in when we needed to leave and they said the other people had left. The bathroom floor was not properly clean and we ended up leaving a day early due to poor treatment from hotel staff. Would not stay here again after this experience.

In the bathroom there were no place to hook the towels. And also the shower was for hand use only, couldn't be hooked above the head level.

It was such a nice property. They have a beautiful garden in front of the building, it’s easy to get in the center of the city (3 minutes, if you have a personal car) and it is vey quiet and clean. They also have a private parking zone for your car. We really love it!

Excellent location, in short walking distance from city center on a quiet street. Common kitchen area, very well equipped (i liked the idea of no mini fridge in the room which can be usually noisy). Good wifi, spacious room, very nice owners. Parking available

I would suggest a better attention to small details (e.g. non-working light bulb, shower stand a bit shaky, stained carpet..)

The place is a mere 12 minutes from the city centre and offers free parking which in itself is a treasure for Cluj. Our room was big enough, beds were clean and comfortable, there is a common kitchen on every floor that people can use. The furniture and other amenities are basic, but clean and functional. We were really happy with our choice.

There wasn't anything major, but the soap dispensers could be changed with some new ones as they look old and rusty. The drawers below the sink were dusty and unusable. Also, like in so many other places, some additional hooks in the bathroom would be great. And sound insulation is bad in case you have noisy neighbours, like we did.
