We had a wonderful time staying in Bend and this was their perfect place to stay. The house was clean and super cute. We were able to walk to breweries, the park, and dinners. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Deschutes Bungalow was even better than advertised. This beautiful craftsman home was perfectly located - short walk to shops and restaurants and short drive to the best hiking trails. We will definitely book another stay here!

My husband and I along with my in laws stayed here during our son’s wedding festivities. Great central location between Deschutes River restaurants, walking and shopping and the Shevlin Park wedding location. The home was easy to find and well appointed as we cooked any meals, and comfortable. My only advice is bedroom 2 has a very high platform bed and I would be concerned with elderly or children under 5 sleeping there just to note. The second living area was perfect for taking work calls and watching tv away from the main house.

We were very happy with our stay as the accommodations were great and the location was perfectly positioned to get to everywhere easily. Lots of great places were also in walking distance. We’d highly recommend this property to anyone!

We visited to ski Mt. Bachelor and explore Bend and had a wonderful time. This home is perfectly located with walkable restaurants, markets and a neat food truck block. The home has very comfortable beds, a nice kitchen and hot tub.

The house was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make meals when we wanted and the location is excellent - walkable to Old Town and even closer to The Lot for great food trucks, other tasty restaurants, and plenty of beers. And the hot tub was a welcomed and relaxing option after a day at Mt Bachelor. Highly recommend!!

The home was perfect for 2 couples. Very neat and clean. Can’t beat the location. 2 blocks from 2 breweries and many food trucks. Short walk to downtown. Definitely would stay here again. The only negative is that 2 bicycles need maintenance.

We were in town for a concert, meeting another couple from the Seattle area. This house is perfect for two couples! It is so clean, comfortable and in a great neighborhood, walking distance to markets and many restaurants. We loved having coffee on the deck in the morning. The house has everything you could possibly want. The bikes are such a nice touch. Next time we hope to use the bbq!! The casita in the back is also such a nice addition although, we didn’t use it. We will definitely stay here again. We absolutely loved it!!!

Everything about this place was amazing. UNTIL we had a service technician show up unannounced and with no uniform on. (STRANGER DANGER)
Talk about scared to death!!!! But the property manager seemed not to care. Good thing no one was hurt or naked. What an invasion of privacy with no follow up or compensation. RUDE

To say we loved this property is an understatement. It is even better than the listing. It's got a phenomenal location, while there are a lot of people around depending on the time of year, the fully fenced property makes it feel like your own oasis. We felt so comfortable here!

I loved this property. It was just as advertised. It is very close to food trucks and 2 breweries. The bikes were the best!! Easy ride to downtown, less than a mile. After biking downtown, it was nice to relax in the spacious hot tub! Property was clean and easy to access. Plenty of room for 4 adults. I would highly recommend!

The location is walking distance to awesome restaurants and parks. the house is super cute and clean and the outside space is nice. the master bed is really comfy. the hot tub hit the spot for my husband who did a triathlon there. the bikes were fun too. we rode over to the stores along the river and did some shopping. the only thing missing was a tool to adjust the seats on the bikes. Overall a lovely place to stay & we plan on coming back.

The place is even better than the pics!! It is such a well thought out set up. Everything you could possibly need, want and more. Great location, wonderful outdoor spaces, roomy living area, more than adequate stocked kitchen and even toiletries. The guide book was on point and helpful. The beds were supremely comfortable. High quality linens and towels. Highly recommend this place!

Our family had an amazing stay in Bend. We had everything we needed. Close proximity to amazing food and brews. Central location for hikes in Redmond and Tumalo Falls. Host responded quickly to needs. Loved the hot tub and Xbox room for downtime. Thank you for a great stay in Oregon.

A great bungalow in old Bend. It was clean and comfortable with all amenities that one would need. An ideal place for two couples or small family. We had a great time cross country skiing, hiking, walking in Bend. We will return in the future and highly recommend this bungalow to all fellow travelers.

Starting with the check-in process and communication before arrival, everything about renting this property was seamless. This was a wonderful house with great amenities. The inside of the house is recently renovated with wonderful features, including a backhouse with a huge TV that was perfect for watching sports and for putting the kids in there to watch a movie. There is a fantastic brand new hot tub set into the deck on the side of the house that was an excellent way to relax after days of skiing and hiking. The house was also well stocked with towels and everything you could want in the kitchen. And you couldn't ask for a better location. Within 2 blocks you can find fresh coffee, a bagel shop, 3 breweries, and dining included everything from a delicious mexican food stand to food trucks to the highest rated French restaurant in all of Bend. And the river and walk into downtown only takes 15 minutes. I highly recommend this property for a family with children or a multiple couples as the house and backhouse feel even larger than the pictures show!

Don’t hesitate - this is the best! The cottage is extremely clean, extremely comfortable, extremely well-equipped. Every detail has been considered and addressed. The towels are plentiful, the linens are soft and comfortable, there are plenty of lovely dishes and silverware, and directions for using everything were clear. Excellent choice for a great time in Bend!

This is one of the best properties we have rented and we have rented a lot over the years. They put a lot of thought into including everything you could possibly need during your stay. The location is two blocks from local shops and restaurants as well as walking distance tp Drake Park and downtown Bend. We will be back for sure!!

Great house in a great location. House was super comfortable for 4 of us with a nice outdoor patio and hot tub to enjoy even in the heat. Easy walk to local shops and restaurants. Neighborhood was very quiet. Would definitely come back! Bend is awesome!

Our family had the best week+ at this gorgeous property which was nicer than the pictures, and that's always one of the first things that we look for when we arrive! The beds were super comfortable, including the sleeper sofa in the bunk house. Sheets and towels were soft and comfortable. AC worked great which was needed during the 100 degree heat! The kitchen was amazing with every little detail addressed, and no clutter. So easy to find whatever you needed and everything "had its place." Really thoughtful in that regard to make it an experience to cook for a group of friends -- or just to make coffee in the morning! Generally, about the region, even with the temps that hot, it's such a treat to experience the dry air of the Pacific Northwest compared to the humidity of the East Coast! We walked to dinner every night right across the street (various options) and then walked just a bit further to lunch every day in the down town section (about a 10 minute walk along the gorgeous Deschutes River!). Bend offers so many amazing adventurous -- from white water rafting (right in the town, great beginner and advanced levels -- ask for Justin!) -- to hiking Tumalo Falls (20 min away) -- and a bit further out, exploring Mt. Bacherlor for hiking, zip lining and relaxing at the numerous lakes in the region. The people of Bend are so kind and welcoming, as were our hosts, who could not have done more for us! Our daughter was so so sad to leave -- she enjoyed the hot tub every night (which we all did) and having the bikes as an option was also amazing. I have learned that the owners of this property own many others just in the town of Bend, which shows their commitment to the community that they live in and love. We'll be back for sure -- either to this place or one of their other properties!

Wonderful Time in Bend
This property was absolutely perfect! It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. My 15-year-old son loved the bunk house. My brother lives nearby and we were able to hook up early each day to begin a new adventure. We took day trips to Crater Lake, Smith Rock, the Cascade Lakes Loop, Lava Butte and we loved tubing the Deschutes River. It was a short walk to town and my husband especially enjoyed grabbing a coffee from the coffee shop right down the street each morning. There were many great places to eat including the food truck pods. The weather was perfect and it was one of the best vacations I've ever had! I would definitely stay in this property again.

Bend Vacation Retreat
Our family thoroughly enjoyed the our stay at River West in Bend. Great location, walkable to many amenities. Our 11-yr old son particularly enjoyed the hot tub and the “bunk room” with a big TV and an Xbox. The property was extremely clean and comfortable with a well-stocked gourmet kitchen - we’d highly recommend! Bend is also a great location and we’re happy we got to experience it.

Perfect Bend Getaway
The house was just what we were hoping for on vacation. The location was fantastic. It was walkable to shops, restaurants, breweries, and parks. All the finishing were as pictured and the kitchen had everything you could need. We had a snowy week, so we’d like to return to Bend during a different season to experience more outdoor activities and would definitely consider staying here again.

Everything !
First - wanted to thank the owners and team who reinvented this bungalow, bringing it to its perfect condition. This was our first time in Bend and it was everything and more than we expected. The house was spot on - seeking to find one like it to call our own. The location to the everything that Bend has to offer is a walk out the door, a bike ride along the parts - over the bridge or a short drive to the mountains.
