Room location was too good

I had some problem in my car and the entry of 4 wheelers was closed in Har ki Pauri area right after i entered. In this situation called multiple machanic shops no one was willing to come and were asking to get the car to the shop for check up so if I take the car out, it won’t be allowed to get in. Appreciate the staff for going out of the way to help and arrange a Machanic.

1. There is no elevator 2. There is no view from the room 3. Har k pouri is not that close which they mention as very close over call. You definitely need a electrical vehicle, sometimes at late evening it’s bit hard to get one

Cleanliness is very pathetic. No parking available, had to park in paid government which was more than 1 km away. While staff is well cooperative, the management attitude is worse.

Clean and calm hotel, Staff behaviour was very polite & 24 hours available on one call. Ganga river is about 100 meter from hotel.

No Food available at hotel.

Horrible Experience! Guest unfriendly reception. No arrangements of food within the hotel. Some tie up done with some road side food stall. Moreover,in Booking.com it was mentioned FREE PUBLIC CAR PARKING, Who even writes that? Guest would mistakingly take it as free car parking and book. That's sheer disgusting! Road is anyway public if one has to park car on the road ,do the guest need to take permission from Hotel Shivaye for that? I am more amazed at how Booking.com even categorise these kind of trash hotels in their list!!!

The price.

Facilities could be better.

In house kitchen was closed. They arranged complimentary breakfast from outside which was very limited in quantity. Staff was very nice and courteous to us. Room was good at this price, washroom was amazing. Overall a good stay.

Very limited quantity comlimentary breakfast for which they charge 200 per person, I would suggest to take room without complimentary breakfast. Room size was little small. Located inside a narrow lane.

Not worth the money paid

Break fast is not available.The staff particularly Mr, Rahul was great help.All were smiling and ready to assist.

BF was not there. One room had some problem like termite in the washroom..main door lock was jammed but it was corrected soon. in washroom electric board was hanging,washroom door lock was not working. may be doors because of heavy rain got moisture,,which need immediate attention.

Except the narrow street and kitchen, everything was perfect.

Location, Near Maa Ganga, Near to many Mandirs, Ghats, Rail Station

A window room facing street would be nice.

Everything was good. Thanks for making it a safe and memorable stay. The food was good and was very appropriately priced. Thanks Mr Gopal for your inputs on the local sightseeing. Recommended for solo women travellers.
