We had a great stay, got to explore the neighborhood, enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and cooked breakfast at the place every morning. Our only frustration was the size of the minifridge, which didnt fit our breakfast foods easily. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The property is in excellent condition! The view is beautiful and close to amazing shops. The dining options are fantastic. You can walk around easily. Ice cream at Narbona’s every night is a must! The kitchenette allowed us to keep some basics and make a light breakfast. Will be staying here again!

Renting from Natalia and Silvia was absolutely wonderful! Our room was so clean and the view was breathtaking. We woke up our first morning to no water or AC. (Issue with the entire building). The water was on quickly, however, the AC needed a new transformer. Natalia and Silvia delivered fans to our room. The following day the AC was back on so they had our room cleaned and gave us fresh bedding. They were so nice and accommodating throughout our whole trip! They even were super cool to me on our arrival day when I wasn't in the greatest mood since our 3 hour direct flight turned into 12 hours and a layover. I would definitely rent from them again! We loved our stay!!!!!!!

The unit was awesome. Coach converts to a very comfortable second bed so perfect for small family. King sized main bed was also great. Great views looking North East over Biscayne Bay and the city of Miami. Very clean and host was very responsive. Will definitely return.

We were 2 guests and had a very pleasant stay. The apartment would definitely be too small for 3 people. With a child it is possible to stay there - in my opinion.

Enjoyed our stay
This was our first stay in Coconut Grove. We enjoyed the condo and the area. The unit was nice and bright and clean. It fit out needs. We love the proximity to Virginia Key and Key Biscayne. We did a mountain bike trail and had a great time. We would stay here again.

Nice little studio for family with young kids. It’s simple, bright and has a nice view of the marina. Great neighborhood! Location is walkable and convenient near shops and restaurants.

Unpleasant experience
We had several issues with the hosts, who are just property managers (they don’t own the unit). They asked that I not write a negative review, after refunding me the service fee, which I had to ask repeatedly for. But now I see I have been reviewed, so I guess I will write a review.
Basically the managers were rude, sink was clogged and couldn’t be used (I have photos), took 2 days to fix, lots of people in and out of the unit, they forgot the parking pass upon checkin. Was a lot of hassle, hours of back and forth. I missed hours with family to handle the issues I encountered. I can take that, but what I couldn’t take was the attitude and general lack of caring the hosts had. They weren’t in a rush to reply or help. It was extremely frustrating.
The place is lovely and the location great. But the property managers are really lacking in customer service skills and just general decency.

Coconut Grove, A Great Neighborhood in Miami
The unit was quiet, very clean with beautiful views from the balcony. If you have any issues with the apartment, Miami Vacation Rental staff was very quick to attend to them and very helpful. The unit I stayed in offered a free parking spot which is a definite plus since parking in this neighborhood is hard to find. The hosts are very attentive and respond to any questions or concerns you may have. The location is great for shopping, dining and walking distance to the marina. Therefore, it's a beautiful upscale neighborhood and an affordable place to stay while in Miami.

Natalie & Sylvia were great hosts who took care of all of our needs because they were just a phone call or text away! Thanks for the complimentary wine bottle. Only one small thing to complain about and I do mean small; just be patient with parking and turning into the Arya(tight fit). Great area, fun atmosphere & cools shops near by! EVERYTHING WAS IN WALKING DISTANCE!

Coconut Grove Gem
My family and I stayed here for two weeks and it was perfect. The king size bed was very comfortable. The twin bed with trundle was perfect for my two children. The apartment is very clean and bright and sunny. We had a slight bathroom issue that was resolved within 30 minutes of alerting the apartment manager. Amazing!. Parking is included. The pool at the Sonesta is amazing with some of the best views in Coconut Grove. I highly recommend staying here.

I already knew the hotel, it is very pleasant and the location is great. Very good! Loved it! It was soooo good! The hotel is in Coconut Grove, about 20 minutes to Miami Beach and another 20 min to the airport. Close to delicious restaurants. The service is great, they are well-behaved. Just compliments! :-)

Best Location in Coconut Grove, super nicely decorated, no noise and friendly people
Set in a family friendly neighborhood in Coconut Grove, Miami, this recently renovated studio is super nicely decorated with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. It is quiet, has a great air conditioning system, excellent TV channels and internet access. Located at the Sonesta where you find great facilities like a gym situated at the top floor of the building, and a restaurant that you can dine overlooking the Biscayne Bay - next to Sonesta´s restaurant is the swimming pool. As a plus, the people in the reception area are extremely helpful.
Just a few steps from the Sonesta there is CocoWalk with great restaurants, stores and movies. And just across from Sonesta there is the lovely Peacock Park where kids can play at a brand new playground, or you can just walk or jog near the bay.
Coconut Grove is centrally located near Miami Airport, Coral Gables, Downtown Miami, Key Biscayne, Brickell and Miami Beach. For me, best place in Miami is the Grove! And the best place in the Grove is this studio!
