Spaces for all together and separate. Feels like a world away yet convenient to restaurants, airport and activities. Beds comfortable. Quality super clean towels. Lots to do inside and outside. Bob and Melinda reply immediately. Even on rainy days property positioned such that you feel you are on the water. Love washer dryer. Laminate flooring main level easy to maintain and just have fun. Hope to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was very relaxing to spend time next to the water on the house's dock. We also enjoyed taking out the kayaks and playing games such as corn hole. The location and house was a just a fun place to be. There was not a single item in the kitchen or elsewhere that we needed. The owner was very responsive to my questions. We would definitely come back again.

Such a charming and well appointed home with cozy couches, comfortable beds and the most amazing view. Worked out perfectly for my two kids and my parents and my husband and me to have a home base while we were in town for a family wedding. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us!

We stayed for a few days over the holidays. A half way point for our families to get together. The house was PERFECT! Clean, cozy, well maintained. Lots of things to do locally. And we had nice enough weather to enjoy the fire pit every night.

We had a great week at this house. The location was convenient to get to as well as get to other things in the area - but felt remote enough to feel like we were away from it all. The house and outside had plenty of spaces to gather or find some alone time. Very good kitchen. Used the fire pit most nights. Some of us fished several days and used the crab trap all week. Communication with the Owners was easy and they were quick to reply. We would certainly stay here again.

We just checked out of Melinda’s place and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our time there. We enjoyed every part of the house. When other reviewers say the house has EVERYTHING… they truly mean everything. Even a small kids life jacket that fit our 3 yr old. It was the perfect location for our family before and after our wedding at Kurtz beach. Our nieces loved using the kayaks and trying to fish. They were staying at another property a few miles away and enjoyed our house more :) The back porch was perfect for picking crabs on a lazy Saturday afternoon. Safeway and Giant are super close if you need to grab anything. We highly recommend checking out 2 rivers steakhouse, Mike’s North and always best crabs for anyone staying here. Thanks again! We loved sitting on the water and by the fire pit in the evenings watching the fire flies come out. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and catching fish. Neighbors were very nice too. Very easy drive to Annapolis, Baltimore and DC.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect house for our group of 6 to getaway from DC for New Years. The kitchen is very well stocked (including a crock pot!) and the basement was the perfect place to watch new years day football! We even got weather nice enough to enjoy the outside firepit. And the sunsets did not disappoint. Thanks for such a great place to ring in the New Year!

Wow wow wow. We cannot begin to sing the praises of this beautiful cottage! The large property is perfect for lawn games. The boat house had everything you would ever need with wonderfully clear instructions on where to find things and how to use them. The fire pit included a spectacular view of the water with a rising moon. Our kitchen was well equipped , the beds were comfy and the playroom downstairs had the biggest tv we’ve ever seen to watch the season opener of SNL Melinda, thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We were all scrambling for dates to plan a return trip Jan and friends

My family and I had a great stay at Melinda’s beautiful home on Back Creek. My kids and I enjoyed all it had to offer - kayaking, paddle boarding, crabbing and fishing. The yard was perfect for the yard games we brought. Each day we sat on the deck to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and the most amazing sunsets. My son and his college friends enjoyed the very cool basement as their getaway for gaming and just hanging out. Our only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer. Definitely looking forward to renting again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Lovely, well stocked, and spotless home right on Bodkin Creek. Great location with an amazing view. Accommodating host and comfy beds. Wonderful experience all the way around. We really enjoyed our stay!

This rental was perfect for our family. The house is comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was very clean and everything felt new. The only disappointment was that the second full bathroom is in the basement, not the second floor, however my family adapted quickly. We loved meals on the screened in porch, and we had such great weather we didn't get a chance to take advantage of the foosball and big basement. Check in was very easy and Melinda was quick to respond to any questions. The property is amazing. Big, open yard for games of frisbee and baseball, and the most beautiful views from every angle. We had fires every night. My husband and 8 year old went kayaking often, and fishing and crabbing off the dock daily. My 2 and 5 year olds loved the sandy, shallow and warm water for swimming and splashing. The beach is great, but the tides didn't always line up with our nap schedules. We had many meals at the picnic tables overlooking the water. We enjoyed lots of seafood delivered to our door from Fifers, a real gem! We would love to return to this rental anytime. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for my family to stay during our time in Pasadena. It was spotless, accommodating in every way, and had the most beautiful sunrises! I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to get away or just stay in a nice place at an affordable cost. Melinda was an excellent host and was very communicative before, during, and even after our stay. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

The view from the deck was amazing. The house was impeccably clean and everything was updated. Well-stocked kitchen. Kids had a blast fishing and crabbing off the dock. Owners were friendly and available. Perfect family retreat.
