Great location. Chic hotel

Since a big hospital is within the vicinity, ambulance sirens were inevitable. Otherwise , it’s forgivable. Oh, please add a life size mirror in the room! Thank you

Location was good and breakfast was good. Staff were very nice and the hotel was clean. Bathroom was nice.

The room was too small for us. No shelfs, drawers or places to put clothing. No desk to work on.

If you haven’t been here before, it can be a little confusing like I feel there should be a sign to notify. I guest check-in is on the second floor.

Way too small the ONE queen bed took up the whole room. Tiny bathroom no place to put makeup and hair needs. No coffee in the room like 98% of other hotels. Inconvenient to dress every morning go downstairs for coffee. I’d never stay at any moxy hotel again. I’d rather pay more and be comfortable

1. The breakfast is in typical marriott standard; 2. The location is in Boston downtown.

1. Very noisy at night due to construction site outside; 2. AC not working well and can be either too hot or too cold; 3. bed squeaks and table is not stable. Duvet cover is shorter than expected. Bed linen is not comfy and obviously lower than the regular marriott hotel standard; 4. Sink drainage stopper is covered with some moss and was broken.

Great location! Right around the corner from the Boch Center.

The only good thing about the hotel was the location, pretty convenient for accessing the center and Boston Common. There were some food places nearby (Panera, Dunkin, Tatte) which helped to offset the bad quality of the food at the hotel.

The rooms are awful, no space for anything, it was impossible to work there even if for 15 min. The breakfast service at the bar was terrible. The food was cold and pretty bad quality. The lunch and dinner food were terrible as well, I had a naan and it honestly seemed like a baby had made it.... There was not a hidden / truly secured place to leave luggage before the room was ready or after check-out. The elevators were always broken, and had to wait forever for things to get resolved. One of my colleagues got spider bites which as you can expect was not optimal for a congress...

I have had my deposit on hold during check-in it’s been 3 weeks since check out date and my money is still on hold messaged the hotel, but no response after that

We stayed at Moxy for the Boston Marathon because the location is close to the finish line. We loved having the restaurant inside the hotel, and free coffee. Parking is close, staff were friendly, and the whole hotel was clean.

It was extremely loud at night, with a lot of yelling and partying outside (close proximity to bars and nightclubs). There was incessant car honking until 3am and it started up again around 5:30am. We were only given one pair of earplugs for two guests, and the earplugs didn’t stay in. Next year we’re going to stay somewhere else.

The staff was super friendly. I loved the decor, especially the inside of the elevators.

Not having a mini fridge was a bummer as cold water is a staple for me. No ice machines either.

Windows were not sound proof. Two horrible nights of sleep.
