Ausgezeichnete Lage, mehrere U-Bahnstationen sind zu Fuss erreichbar, sehr komfortables Hotel (vormals Swissotel), extrem aufmerksames und freundliches Personal im Restaurant, Frühstücksbuffet zu verhältnismässig erschwinglichen Preisen, Conciergeservice.

Durchgehend geöffnete Bar würde man in einem solchen Hotel erwarten, Hotelhalle / Bar nicht wirklich gemütlich, etwas laut.

Location was amazing, hotel was both clean and modern, we arrived earlier than expected and they were able to accommodate with no issue in switching us to another room that was ready at that time. I will definitely be staying here when returning to Boston!

I wish the parking was a little cheaper, the parking garage connected cost me $82 for Saturday afternoon to Monday morning. They should have a discounted rate for staying at the hotel!

Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und professionell. Genau was ich von einem Kettenhotel erwarte. Lage ist super, mitten im Theater District. Großer persönlicher Pluspunkt: ZIMMERFENSTER kann man kippen und die Lüftung ausschalten!

Ausstattung ist nicht mehr die neuste, aber okay.

Felt the daily destination fee was unnecessary.

Staff is not much friendly. They have deducted 50 usd per day for deposit and the refunded when I check out. This detail is not given in the booking.con. Staff also bit rude when we ask any details to her. The coffee maker is not working after that they have replaced with a new one.

Great location, clean

They worked hard to have us in the same room, although we were there on our own, and with a travel group. Room was large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had. Location was excellent.

It was very expensive, but we didn't mind as we were paying for location.

Well maintained. Great staff, very helpful. Found very noisy neighbors in the first room we were assigned. A quick trip to the front desk changed us to a quieter location on the same floor.

Great staff at front desk, restaurant and bar. Concierge did his best to find a taxi. If you need a downtown location this is a good spot. Ironing board and iron in the room. Pretty quiet, given the foot traffic in the hotel.

Zero help with luggage, other than holding a suitcase while gathering luggage. No room cleaning unless you ask for it. Room needs a desk, given the location. Bathroom has one towel rail and one hook. Closet has a limited number of hangers. So if you are a couple..

The location was great! Very convenient to walk around downtown or grab the metro. Lots of choices for restaurants nearby as well, but there’s also Avenue One in the hotel or a “snack bar” on property if need. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

Hotel is right in the theater district so everything is an easy walking distance. Room was large and bright and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful parking is right there next to the hotel, so there was no problems checking out at 4 AM and walking out the building into the car, garage and leaving. I would definitely stay there again thank you.
