Personal muy atento y muy buena ubicación para salir a caminar por Cusco.

Creo que las porciones del desayuno podrían mejorar. Además, no me gustó el tener que dejar la llave en recepción cada vez que salíamos. Aunque quizá se entiende por cuestiones de seguridad, no te de la misma confianza y tienes que llegar a pedirla nuevamente cada que ingresas.

Todo en general, el Personal muy amable en todo sentido. Excelente.

Hotel de ótima qualidade, pessoal extremamente simpáticos, limpeza impecável, localização muito boa, perto da praça de armas, apenas 10 minutos de caminhada.

O café da manhã vem numa lista em combos que você só descobre o que é quando chega, porém, os 3 itens que experimentei estavam muito saborosos.

Spotlessly clean modern hotel with very comfortable beds, nice towels and toiletries supplied. Wifi was good. Breakfast is cooked to order with eggs cooked as you choose, wholegrain bread, a tasty varied fruit salad and good coffee. Staff are very friendly and helpful and can speak English if your Spanish like mine is limited. Location is a few blocks outside the center, so it's quiet at night and the front door is secured at night but staff are always quick to let you in when you buzz. Neighborhood seemed safe enough at least before late night.

Being a very open plan stone entrance area and with our room being quite close to reception there could be a bit of noise when guests checkin in or out but that will depend on your room's location.

The location was prefect and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Desayuno para llevar puede mejorar

Great breakfast, really nice host. Luis was super responsive and nice. Our shower didn't have enough water pressure for hot water (which was inconvenient), but Luis allowed me to shower in a different room, which I appreciated. Plus, he helped with our tour to Cusco and gave great recommendations for places to visit, how to buy a simcard, how to take a taxi to Ollantaytambo, among other nice gestures.

The hot water didn't work in our bathroom, so during the night I had to shower with cold water. The next day Luis let me use another bathroom, but, since it was a room under renovations, it was not well cleaned, but it was a nice gesture from him.

A lovely modern clean hotel, staff were amazing and packed us up a meal each morning to take with us as we were leaving early on various sightseeing trips. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, just a short walk from the centre.

Excelente servicio, todo el personal en general muy atento, en especial la chica que atiende la cocina, mi esposo tuvo malestar estomacal y ella estuvo al pendiente con unas infusiones, las instalaciones muy cómodas, los desayunos muy ricos y de buena calidad todos los alimentos, excelente ubicación, lo recomiendo ampliamente

Je wordt ontvangen op een plek waar je je snel thuis zal voelen door de vriendelijkheid en gastvrijheid van de eigenaars en het personeel. Het hotel ligt op een erg centrale locatie, kamers beschikken over alle comfort en ‘s morgens word je bovendien ook verwend door een lekker ontbijt (of met een ontbijtbox als je vroeg op uitstap moet vertrekken).

Aangezien je enkel het hotel binnenkomt via een bel (wat het veilig maakt) zorgt dit ‘s nachts helaas ook voor wat extra geluidsoverlast (als er vaak aangebeld wordt).

The staff was very kind and allowed us even to serve a bit of a breakfast in the day we arrived, as we arived very early in the morning. They also stored our luggages for 4 days, while we went on the Salcantay trek. They also prepared our breakfast to take away when we needed to leave early in the morning, even at 4am!

They informed us that if we pay by card, we have to pay 5% extra, due to bank fees. This was not written down anywhere on the reservation conditions. As we stayed 4 nights in total, it was a sensible amount. We didn't have so much cash, and there are limits for the money withdrawal at ATMs, also some ATMs perceive a withdrawal tax, also some ATMs were not functioning, so we spend some time with this affair. I think those extra 5% should have been supported by the hotel, like anywhere else, and like any serious store in Peru, and like other hotels in Peru.

Super clean and new hotel. Got a few technical issues but the friendly owner responded very quickly and solved all.

The place is brand new and immaculate. The owner, Luis, takes such pride in the hotel and is happy to give great practical advice on everything from getting tickets to solving altitude sickness. I like that the location doesn't feel touristy, but its only 5 min walk to main plaza. Great breakfast. He even packed me a box-lunch on the day I had to leave early for the manchu pichu train.

It's not well marked yet. The taxi driver even had trouble finding it. They need a big sign over the door. Tell the driver its at the corner of the 2-way street where it turns into one-way.

The facility was clean, and the employees (Mr. Luis and his wife) were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious. The recommendations made by Mr. Luis we're great.

The internet connection is not the most stable, but the treatment offered by Mr. Luis and his family rewards that limitation.

The place is very conveniently located, just 10 min away from Plaza de Armas. Very clean as well. The staff is really kind and helped us with booking tours and taxi to the airport and even offered a tale-away breakfast when we had to leave very early mornings. Communication with them iis very easy (via WhatsApp as well). Would definitely stay here again.

I was at the first floor and it was noisy especially the new years eve. I would like to have the option to control the temperature.

after staying in a few places in cusco this was my favourite nice location super quiet at night, comfy beds, free water in the bathroom from two bottles, beautiful breakfast and lovely staff. love this place!

WiFi was patchy in room but really minor fault compared with everything else.

Great location 10 mins from plaza de armas, very friendly service, even prepared a breakfast Box for us when we had to catch the early train for macchu picchu. Rooms are comfortable and clean with very good soundproofing. Even though the street outside is busy, we didnt notice.
