It seems like the majority of hotels in Cusco don't have an incorporated heating system in the rooms, and it is limited due to the high price of electricity and gas in Peru; but, Costa del Sol by Wyndham was exceptionally comfortable cause they are one of the few hotels that have heated rooms! (Cusco gets very cold in the evenings and mornings, at least in the 30's F) Having that perk was covering the price of the nights by itself. The bedroom has a tub, so after a long day of hiking and touring the city; I looked forward to a hot bath. The cleaning was fabulous, and we had our beds refreshed every day. The snack bar in the room was reasonably priced and convenient to bring a snack on our hikes | The best part is the staff, amiable and helpful. The restaurant (PAPRIKA) and the complimentary breakfast are excellent too. I highly recommend this hotel!

The lobby was the only place without a heating or air conditioning system, so waiting for tours at 4:00 am was a little uncomfortable, and I felt bad for the personnel enduring the cold there.

Beautiful hotel off the plaza. Attentive staff and nice breakfast buffet was offered. Large family room on second floor was perfect.

We've stayed for 2 nights at Wyndham and it was an excellent stay. Great location within a walkable distance to the Plaza de Armas, San Pedro market surrounded by many food places, shops. Breakfast and service was really good and highly recommend it.

The location was excellent, close to the centre. The room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was good and varied with the possibility of freshly cooked eggs or omelette.

The mattress was a bit soft. Also, the lunch and dinner menu could have been more varied.

one of man in the reception especially looked hesitating help tourists in carrying bag to the room.. just took a look at them and didn’t try to help them.. but the other day all the staffs were helping us and were so kind

great location, few hundreds of meters away from the main square. Good sized rooms. Welcome drink provided on reception. Did not try the breakfast, but got something take away due to early excursion next day

I stayed in your Hotel during Oct 14 - Oct 15 ( 1 Night ) , Reservation # 17925/2022 : While checking out on 15th morning , I paid cash in Sol 543.59 ( sent email to the Hotel with their Payment Receipt) . But On 13th itself you had charged my Card CHASE VISA xxxxxx2861 for Dollars $155.23 and you didn't tell me that. ( Sent the Chase Visa Card statement line to the hotel ). It's a duplicate Payment that you took from me. I requested to Refund ASAP to my credit card $155.23, but no response from the hotel yet.
