Está bien mantenido y apenas se ha actualizado recientemente con electrodomésticos nuevos, pisos de baldosas nuevas en la planta baja y totalmente pintados dentro. La casa está totalmente amueblada y la cocina tiene todo lo necesario.
La planta alta cuenta con dos amplios dormitorios, uno con una cama king size y la otra con una cama queen size pillow top. Las dos habitaciones tienen TV por satélite HD al igual que la gran planta alta sala de estar que se abre a la cocina con una entrada en la malla en porche. Nuestra cocina ofrece todo lo que necesita si usted prefiere cocinar, incluyendo una nueva parrilla de gas en el porche. Hay un baño de tamaño completo con bañera / ducha arriba.

This is a very nice quaint cottage, as we call them in New England, easy access to everything on Tybee. The Beach is very close and a very clean one. The area of Tybee we were on is very quiet and relaxing.

I stayed here with my family of 5, and found that it was a perfect choice. The house is close enough to the beach that we walked the 2 blocks every morning and afternoon. The 7th street beach entrance is very quiet, though there isn’t anything notable nearby (markets, restaurants, etc). Both a pro and a con as it keeps the crowds away.
The outdoor shower was a bigger plus than we were anticipating, as it kept a LOT of sand out of the house. The shower is also fully enclosed and private.
We will absolutely be returning to this property in the future.

Overall stay was good. Stayed here last year as well. I had to wipe down upstairs toilet when we arrived didn’t look very clean and had problems with downstairs shower and toilet but Gary is super responsive and helpful. Love the location. I’m sure we will be back soon.

If you are looking for a new, posh beach house —this isn’t it. If you are looking for a very clean, comfortable, well stocked family home this is the place!!!! We stayed here for a long weekend with our adult children and 2 toddler grandchildren. The first thing we noted was how clean the house was and how well stocked the kitchen was with pots, pans etc. The house is on side street, but a short easy walk to both the beach and a great park for the kids
The only important note- if you are traveling with toddlers make sure you bring a baby gate as the stairs are quite open. The house was supposed to have one, but didn’t and fortunately we had brought one along.
All in all, we would gladly stay here again.

We brought 2 of our kids and 3 grandchildren on this trip. The house was a great fit for us.
Lots of space for everyone. We enjoyed the outdoor shower. We cooked some meals at the house and enjoyed several of the restaurants. We enjoyed the beach, the lighthouse, kayaking, jetski s and a dolphin cruise and the Marine science center. We ate at the crab shack, Pier 16 and Stingrays. All good places to eat!
Only downside was the jellyfish in the water for 2 of the days we stayed on the beach.

The walk to beach is so easy, beach itself is clean and not crowded. Outside shower was a huge help, especially for the young children. The drive to Savannah was easy as well. Would definitely stay here afain!

My family of 6 were thrilled with our stay here. The owner was very responsive. The house had everything we needed and is in a great location. We loved the porch for hanging out, nice yard, outdoor shower and it was a short walk to the beach. Close to lots of food, shops and a quick drive to Savannah. We loved it and would stay here again.

Adjustments had to be made to accommodate the children's sleep environment. It wasn't safe to have the young children sleeping a level below the parents. Otherwise everything was made available for family use. All tv's worked except the one on the lower level. Everyone stayed mostly on the second level so it was not used.

We had a great time on Tybee Island. The house was everything we expected. Clean, comfy, and close to the beach. We rented bikes for the week which made getting around more fun for the whole family. Gary was very quick to reply to my questions. 5/5 stars!!!

Great open spaces for families to gather and hang out! We all loved the screened in porch and the beautiful trees around it. It felt so private and was enjoyable all the time...even when the weather was raining. Walk to beach was so easy! Upstairs bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Love having a luggage rack in each room to unpack. Tip: Bring hangers if you like to hang your clothes.Great having outdoor shower and hose and easy to drop towels in downstairs washer and dryer on way into the house. Great house and a great time! We would definitely book this home again!

Me, my husband, my brother and 4 kids stayed here and it was awesome. The property was clean and a 5 min walk to the beach. The house is tucked away on a quiet street with a great screened in porch area. We accidently locked the keys in the house and Gary was quick to help us. We will definitely be staying here again. I would highly recommend.

I stayed with my husband, mom, sister, and her 3 kiddos (ages 5 and 7 yr old twins) and this was such a great place for us. The outdoor shower especially was a godsend - as was having the kids' room on the lower level! Super close to the beach and plenty of space. Highly recommend!

A very nice place to stay. Layout is perfect for two families to occupy the unit and have their own space. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and dinnerware. This home is well maintained and absolutely charming. Plenty of room for four and the corner lot was huge & beautiful. We spent most of our time on the screened in patio/deck. It's in a fantastic location. Just steps away from the beach and a quick golf cart ride to lots of restaurants. We'd for sure stay again!!!

This house was perfect for our family of 4 on Fall Break. Easy two block walk to Tybee Beach. Plus we biked to the pier, breakfast, IGA, and all around. Everything is convenient to this house with what I’d call its mid-Island Location. Downstairs bunk room for kids was perfect. And the screen porch, kitchen and master bedroom are all a great large size. Well stocked kitchen. A comfortable, well-priced home base for enjoying Tybee. We hope to return!

Overall we enjoyed our stay! I would definitely stay here again. Looks like the cleaning person may have missed dusting for the last several weeks, but other than that it was a Charming house. The kitchen is very well stocked. This was the first vacation in many years we did not go out to eat even one time. It is close to everything including the beach, shops, the pier, and more!
