Drive up to front door, go out back door to beach. Sit on back porch and listen to the waves. Great time. Will return.

We will definitely book this townhouse again! Easy access to the beach, plenty of space, a great location and it had everything we needed.

The access to the beach from this unit was everything! We had 5 little kids with us which made it ideal for naps/breaks. Location was spacious and just as advertised. We had everything we needed for cooking up a meal to paper products and towels. Parking was a little tight as construction is going on in the end units but everyone was considerate and it worked out fine. Overall we had an amazing stay and look forward to coming back!

The view from house was amazing. The kids loved being able go right out back to the beach. Weather was great people were friendly. The owener was having ac issues with our unit but had us taken care of before we even got there with extra ac units for or stay. It was perfect temp in our unit thats to them. Great stay cant wait to do it again

We enjoyed our stay this May & June. Beds were very comfortable and I was pleased to see a larger washer and dryer than shown in pictures. The freezer needed to be cleaned/wiped but other than that, it was clean. Couldn’t get the living room or 1 bedroom tv to work but wasn’t a big deal. Master bath/shower really needs to be renovated but I was very happy to see all the carpet was replaced with hard floors. We really enjoyed our time here and suggested it to friends.

Clean and comfortable house and can not beat the proximity to the beach…it’s steps out the door!

Our stay could not have been better. If you’re traveling to the beach with kids, this is the only way to stay. No elevators. No lugging beach equipment miles through the sand. I cannot say it enough how awesome it is to be right on the beach. The condo literally sits on the beach and it only takes about 2 minutes to walk from the patio to the water. And the beach was never overcrowded. The condo was perfect for my wife and two boys, as well as my parents. There was more than enough room for 6 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils needed to make meals. Sitting on the patio in the morning and evening was a family favorite. The condo is located so close to multiple grocery stores and markets, as well as fun activities for both adults and children. We walked the quick 3 minutes to Souvenir City multiple times for t-shirts, sunglasses, beach toys, and other items. Our host communicated very well and made sure the unit was ready for us at check-in. This will be the only place we will stay the next time we return to Orange Beach.

Love this property and it’s a access to the beach! I would love to give it an A+ but…I think management could have done a little better with amenities. There was only 1 towel per person for 5 days. Coffee filters and liquid dish soap could have been provided. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 8 people for 5 days. Every VRBO we have been to provided basic necessities and condiments. We had to go out and buy toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, coffee filters, salt and pepper. There is also construction being done on a neighboring unit and they start banging every morning at 8 am. They could have waited at least until 9 am. A back porch light would have been helpful. Light in downstairs bedroom flickers and shorts out! It is a darling Condo right on the beach. We had so much fun. I just believe management could be a little more accommodating for the money! So I have to give it an A-.

Great weekend with family. Went to the Wharf for a concert. Super convenient location and very clean condo. Had a great time.

This property was great and so was the process from start to finish. My sisters and I had a great weekend of making memories. We were close to everything we needed but still felt we had our own private oasis.

My family and I loved the property. The photos don’t do the home justice! Access was easy and the property was clean upon arrival. The location is perfect for families with children and I will recommend to my family and friends.

We loved eating dinner and having coffee out on the deck. You cannot beat the direct access to the beach. Great spot! We hope to be back one day soon.

Terrific property and a really great host! We can’t say enough about our wonderful two months’ adventure right on beautiful Orange Beach AL. The 6,300 acre Gulf State Park proved a beautiful playground five minutes away with its many miles of safe, paved trails and boardwalks! A welcome respite from winter in Kansas.

Great place

The property and location were just as described and exactly what we were expecting. We loved being right on the beach and steps away from the water. The only downfall was that the AC unit didn't cool the upstairs as well as the downstairs. But overall it was a great stay.

Right on the beach just as described. No parking garage or elevators. Drive right to the door. Great place for a family.

We decided on this vs a condo with slow elevators and crazy parking decks. This place is AMAZING! We have found a new place forever! It’s huge and super nice!! Easy check in & out & owner is super responsive!! You won’t regret it!!

Plenty of space for our family of 6. Perfect spot on the beach. Loved being able to step off the deck and be on the beach. Super clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely stay here again!

I have never stayed in a townhouse. I am definitely spoiled now! It was so close to the beachfront that there was no worry when you left something inside. The beach was just steps away from the back porch. The rooms were perfect. It was also just a short drive or walking distance to anything we wanted to do. Loved it!

This is a great townhouse! It has lots of space and the deck is great to eat and watch the beach. Its perfect for families because you can literally walk to the beach in just a few steps or watch kids from the deck. We didn't have to lug a cooler and food because we could just walk back to the house and leave our chairs where they were. Great owner, very responsive and we would definitely stay there again.

Family of 6 stay....communication with renter was very smooth, provided check in information days in advance in case we had questions. Rental speaks for itself, plenty of room for 6, three bedrooms and a major plus of three bathrooms for getting ready when going out. The biggest draw for us (vs. staying in a condo highrise complex) was the fact that the beach was 15 stairs down from the back deck, no elevator back and forth. If the kids wanted to go to the beach, they could just go we could sit on deck and watch. Brought our sand toys so being so close made transporting no problem. Want lunch, someone can go in and make lunch right there while the kids stayed playing. We were there in November so don't know how busy season crowds are but not busy at all for us. Nice central location by grocery stores & shops. Also central location for Gulf Shores vs. Orange Beach/Predido Key area.

We had a fantastic time here! This is the first rental that we have stayed in this area and boy did I choose wisely. 😊Absolutely perfect beach access and everything you need included for a vacation. We are unfamiliar with the town and all the stores were very convenient. Christy was so nice in answering all my questions. Cannot wait to return and make more memories!

Had a great time! Townhouse was clean and perfect for our 2 families! Mostly we loved sitting on the back deck ...right on the beach! The sunrises are AMAZING and enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning. Parking was small, but we just parked one truck behind the other. Walmart is right there, so if you need to make multiple trips.. (.like we did ;)... its no big deal! Would stay again!!

Everything about this place was perfect! Perfect location to the beach and grocery/restaurants. Comfy beds, stocked kitchen for any need, great patio furniture, easy access to beach chair rentals… I could go on and on. The shower and hose on the landing are sooooo handy. The kids can play in the sand behind the small dune where you can see them from the patio. The ice maker and filtered water from the fridge are great. All around fantastic!! I recommend getting crab and shrimp to go from the place up the road (starts with and L) and eating on the patio instead of dealing with the restaurant waiting time.

We had such a great family vacation in this beautiful townhouse. Location was perfect, it was so nice to walk right out on the beach. We are a family of 6 and had plenty of room!
