Enjoyed our stay! We love staying here my grandkids have a great time and the condo is always clean and comfortable.

The apartment was modern, well decorated and clean. The beds were amazing, I havent slept that well in YEARS. Everyone in our group raved about the mattresses! I need to ask the owner the brand, because I want one for home. All the linens were great, towel were soft and fluffy, definitely not what I am used to with these types of stays (which is usually the cheap scratchy ones). The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. Kitchen was stocked with anything you could need. Owner was responsive and incresibly kind. Honestly this place was absolutely perfect, we couldnt have asked for anything better!!

This second story condo was clean and large enough for our group of 3 adults. It was clean, had a spacious balcony, and was a short walk from the beach! Erica was responsive to all inquiries. Just a few minutes drive from most restaurants on the island, in a nice part of town. We stayed in January and the area was quiet.

This condo was very comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything needed. We loved the location. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was only approximately 2 blocks to the ocean, so easy to walk to. It was nice there was beach chairs at the condo to use. There was a coffee and ice cream shop a block away. So much stuff is in walking distance to property but there is also a free shuttle if you need! We enjoyed the balcony to have coffee in the mornings!

This was my second trip/stay here. Location (half block from the beach) can’t be beat. Erica was very easy to communicate with and helped us with shuttle service arrangements, dining recommendations, even an early check-in. The Vrbo was clean and the beds (and other furniture!) comfortable. I can’t wait to visit SPI next year and will definitely hope to stay here again.

We were at SPI for my cousins wedding and our stay was so fun. This place is awesome. The condo is so comfy and has everything you need. The walk to the beach access is short and the pool is great for my grandkids. Erica makes the process to stay at her place so easy. This is our second stay and will continue to come back. We feel so comfortable staying here. Thank you Erica!

Nice property

Me and my fiancé stayed the weekend just to relax and be close to the beach. The kings size bed is very comfortable and the place is equipped with everything you need. We will be staying there again and if you have the opportunity to stay there you will not regret it.. Thank you so much for an amazing place to just relax.

It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Check in and check out was simple. Didn’t have any issues and we definitely enjoyed our stay.

My two friends and I had an excellent stay at this property. The manager was VERY responsive and extremely helpful. The unit was very clean and well supplied with towels including for the beach. The beach items were so nice to have! The items include 2 chairs, 3 boogie boards, a pop-up beach tent & 2 noodles. One friend brought a collapsible chair that worked great. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed and we were happy to discover there is a crockpot. The washer & dryer were great to have in the unit. We brought our own laundry detergent. The beds were very comfortable. The living room seating was plentiful for 3 adults and quite comfortable. The unit is nicely decorated and feels very cozy. The balcony has seating for 6 & a table. Great spot for meals. The pool and hot tub are very clean & the courtyard is very well maintained. Our stay in mid-November was wonderfully quiet. Can't wait to return!

We absolutely loved our stay and the condo was absolutely beautiful and clean and no problems at all, the balcony over looked the pool and hot tub and if it was after closing you could stay out there if you were quiet. The security guards that walk around are also very friendly. There was 3 adults and 2 girls and when we come back we will definitely try to stay at this location again!! Erica is great and even checked on us during our trip. I could go on and on but this place gets a A+

We had everything we needed and more! Erica was very helpful and the condo was so cozy and clean.

This place is cozy and spacious. Carpeting and showers could use sprucing up but is functional. We stayed for 2 nights and first night we stayed in due to heavy rain and found the living room to make us feel at home. Communication with property owner was great. Parking is easy and the closest beach access was a 3 minute walk. The closest beach access with restroom is about a 3 minute drive. King bed was comfortable.

Beautiful place near the beach. Erica is great to work with. This was our 2nd time staying here and couldn’t be more pleased. Looking forward to the 3rd….

My friends stay here for three nights. When we walked in we instantly felt at home! Everything was clean and decorated nicely! Even the beds were comfortable! Perfect place to stay for a getaway and also very close to the beach!
