The apartment is close to the city centre

The bedroom is not really a bedroom, but just a mattress on the floor in the mezzanine where you can't even stand or sit without touching your head on the ceiling. It was not obvious from the pictures. The apartment was dirty, from a heavily stained couch, dirty dishes in cabinets, long hair everywhere in the apartment (couch, floors, bedding, toilet..). Heating is barely functional and it is cold in the apartment. Water pressure in the shower is very weak with water leaking out of the shower head. There were no necessities in the apartment on arrival, so it was necessary to buy everything, from toilet paper, dish soap, cleaning products, hand soap, washing machine detergent and more.. The only available chairs in the apartment are weak foldable ones. There is no furnace as it says, but only a microwave with grill functionality. I have been in a lot of apartments in Toulon and this one was the worst, especially from the hygiene standpoint.

The location is great, everything you need is within walking distance. A beach is also just a few minutes drive away. The apartment is tidy and clean and everything for everyday use is available.

The mattress for sleeping is on the floor and you cannot stand upright on the upper floor. The sofa bed is also not necessarily comfortable. For people with back problems it is probably not optimal.
