Adorable Two-Person Bungalow in Downtown Nevada City
Una casa adorable y privada en el centro de la ciudad de Nevada, a solo 5-6 minutos a pie de las tiendas, galerías, cafeterías, bares, restaurantes y eventos de la encantadora e histórica ciudad de Nevada. El bungalow del centro cuenta con un dormitorio con una cama de espuma de memoria tamaño queen, TV de pantalla plana de alta definición, armario y silla. El baño incluye champú orgánico, acondicionador, gel de ducha, loción, además de un secador de pelo y toallas de lujo. La cocina tiene una configuración completa que incluye un cono de café, cafetera, molinillo de café, exprimidor y todos los electrodomésticos, sartenes y platos que necesita para su estancia. Un asador de gas está en el patio. Hay una zona de comedor y patio exterior para su café de la mañana o un cóctel por la tarde. Proporcionamos granos de café Starbucks, té y agua embotellada. El Bungalow es un edificio independiente en nuestra propiedad, con la interacción propietario en un mínimo. Hay un aparcamiento privado para un coche. Hay calefacción y aire acondicionado (solo durante los meses cálidos) en el Bungalow, + un ventilador de techo. We were there to visit grandkids and attend the county fair. This bungalow was perfect for us. Quiet location to relax in the evening after long days. Kathy was awesome.

The bungalow was lovely and well supplied with everything that we needed to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our host, Kathy, provided everything that we could possibly need and was very helpful in informing us of local attractions, and outdoor opportunities. Our stay was truly delightful and hopefully we will return soon.

My husband and I enjoyed a short 2-night getaway at this lovely property. The bungalow is small but comfortable, packing all we could need in its cozy space. Kathy is a wonderful host and included special touches that made us feel especially welcomed! We enjoyed an easy and pleasant walk to the independent shops and restaurants of Nevada City under a clear blue sky on our first full day. On our final day, we greatly appreciated not having a list of chores to complete before leaving, elbowing us to hold on to our “vacation vibe” a little longer while a gentle snowfall turned Nevada City into a scene from a Christmas Card. We’d love to visit this property again!

This is an ideal getaway for two. Immaculately maintained and every detail had been carefully and lovingly thought out. It’s an easy walk into a charming town and a short drive to an array of outdoor activities and sites. We WILL

This sweet bungalow has everything one needs to feel cared for away from home. It’s so welcoming and charming and extremely easy to use as a base while exploring the Yuba river and the town of Nevada city . The owner is accommodating and available should you need anything. It truly is a slice of heaven & I look forward to visiting again.

This property is so perfect for 1-2 people, with a full kitchen, super comfy bed, and nice little bathroom/shower. This was my second stay and I love this place!

Such a great location for walking around Nevada City. Bungalow is comfortable and clean and decor is charming. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the patio too!

The bungalow was clean, cozy, quiet and convenient. Plus it was stocked very well. The thoughtful extra touches made it extra special. Kathy, the host, was quite nice and very accessible if need be. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.

The bungalow has everything you need and then some! Very welcoming and clean. Everything was spotless, it’s in quiet area of town, but walking distance to downtown if you wanted to. Kathy was the best host and we hope to stay there again next year!!

A very nice place to rest and explore Nevada City! I liked have a full kitchen to prepare my own breakfast and lunch. Close enough to walk downtown.

Staying at this little bungalow for a weekend getaway was AWESOME. The location can't be beat, it was super clean and comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Kathy was awesome with communication and a 5 star host, and even went above and beyond to return a couple of belongings that somehow I forgot to pack up. Can't recommend enough, I hope to return again in the future next time I am in the area.

My wife and I enjoyed staying in the bungalow for a couple of days. It's the 2nd time we've stayed there. There's a lot of special touches, some treats on the table, fresh strawberries in the fridge, the body wash and shampoo were great, towels are very nice and thick. It's very close to downtown and we love sitting on the patio during the evening.
We used the kitchen to make breakfast everyday and the fridge kept our refeshments nice and cold. It's a great getaway for us to enjoy the smell of the redwoods, forest and be a couple of degrees cooler as we live about an hour away in Roseville.

Great little bungalow. They have done a great job recently renovating this little bungalow. And everything was very clean and functional. Despite the title it is about a 10 mile minute walk to downtown but no big deal. Highly recommend.
