Excellent location. Walk to main street. Julie and Ron know how to make the guest feel at home with cozy room, 24/7 water/tea/coffee and snacks. I could stay there for weeks.

The fan in bathroom is little weak, but it's an old building and didn't bother me.

This is my favorite place to stay in Nevada City.

Nothing really. Parking is limited sometimes but that’s the because it’s a historical town area.

Didn’t have breakfast but enjoyed the brewed coffee

Ron and Julie were wonderful! The Inn itself was beautiful, and our room was most comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. The breakfast nook was perfect for a light breakfast before hitting the road. Oatmeal, fruit, tea, Biscotti, etc . . . The cool town of Nevada City was within EASY walking distance. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

The owners are very pleasant and ready to help whenever needed. Love the back sunroom where you can get a hot drink any time. Pleasant small sitting area.

This inn is so amazing, I wish I could have stayed longer. The owners were so friendly, welcoming and helpful with local recommendations. The room was spacious and beautiful and very clean. The back patio was lovely and had plenty of places to sit and enjoy the beauty. The coffee/tea/breakfast area was well stocked and even had homemade biscotti. The decor is cute and cozy and it was such a welcoming environment and relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

This was the 2nd time I was able to stay at the Broadstreet Inn in Nevada City. This is a charming and welcoming place where I immediately feel relaxed and at peace. The owners are accommodating and friendly. This property is a perfect location within the historic district that has wonderful shops, restaurants and bars. The rooms are comfortable and very beautifully decorated and I love going out to the backyard to enjoy my morning coffee.

Nothing. In my opinion this is my ideal place to stay if you like a charming Victorian inn.

The owners have thought and provided everything for our comfort. Even breakfast self served was provided even though the web sight and amenities didn’t state.

There is private parking on the premises but available parking on the street in front of the Inn.

Style of the home and furnishings, outside gardens, comfort, ease of walking anywhere, hospitality of the owners. Shared kitchenette was good.

Front stairway to second floor is really steep and narrow (old house), not a problem but a bit of a challenge.

Julie!!! She is so friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Rooms were very comfortable. It was very hot when we in Nevada City...but our room was very cool and comfortable....Rooms are beautifully decorated..cheerful. Bed very comfortable..everything you need is right there.

Julie and Ron are great hosts; they accommodated us in a quiet room ; the back patio was lovely.

Super clean, charming, easy access, private grounds areas for relaxing. Owners are so friendly I feel like Ive known them for years.

Old homes have steep stairs! But that was expected.

The owners were very kind and helpful 🙂. The hotel is beautiful and I enjoyed reading on the back deck. Location is fabulous.
