Wonderful people Ti and solo are the best and always so helpful

The view from the garden and rooftop is amazing. surf spot in front of the hotel, however for mor advanced surfers. Friendly owner.

there is no restaurant and it’s difficult to eat something. small menu, half of positions not available, in the evening you can only eat chicken wings and fries at the rooftop bar. there is no beach, the sea little bit difficult to approach - big rocks.

The location is beachfront amd staff excellent

Power cuts for hours, very poor wifi when power on. The owners know of the daily power outages but have no backup generator like all other businesses. Security is lax, there is a 'guard' but anyone can enter and be around your room and possessions as there is a public bar top floor. No hot water at all for 2 days of our stay

the rooms were clean

It was very expensive for what it was. They say they got a private beach, but with no sand. The rooms were on the smaller side.

-The ocean view was beautiful. -The rooftop bar had an amazing view, but there are not many food options and it is a little expensive (you pay for the view). -Amazing surf spot directly in front of the hotel. -The day-menu offered tasty dishes but were also expensive compared to restaurants in the area.

The room was a big disappointment and does not look like it does in the photos mainly due to cleanliness: -There was a foul smell from the bathroom from the get-go so you need to keep the bathroom door closed. Also, there was a lot of mold in the bathroom -The sheets and towels were not white but grayish. -The mosquito net was ripped. We wrote the manager and she did not address the issue and we ended up getting bitten by mosquitoes during the night. -There wasn’t a place to sit except for outside on the shared balcony but the wicker chairs were slightly broken and moldy. The same material was used for the bookshelf in the room and it also was moldy. The stand-alone room divider had rusty hooks so everything you hung there got rust on it. -The private balcony was not meant to be used — it was blocked off and there were spider webs and a dirty cloth there. -The seating cushions in the lawn area were moldy and very stained. - Wasn’t properly cleaned before check-in e.g. the water boiler in the room was dusty. -No safe or fridge in the room. -Only one worker fully complied with mask-wearing (he was really wonderful and helpful). -Breakfast was not included in the price. The food was good but expensive. -The view of the ocean was really beautiful but it’s not good for swimming and there’s no sand beach.

Great location, beautiful building and view, lovely, relaxed and forth coming stuff. A true pearl.

Room was very nice and clean and the the comfortable bed made us sleep very well. The best part was the beautiful sea view and the whole hotel area that has a very relaxed atmosphere. The garden is the perfect place for chillout. Special thanks to the friendly staff who helped me arrange some birthday surprises for my husband! Couldn't have chosen a better stay, enjoyed so much here and would love to come again!
