We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon. We enjoyed the kitchen and balcony quite a bit, but otherwise did not spend a lot of time inside the house. The property is not pet friendly, but the beach is very much so. We love dogs so we did not mind it at all. Military planes were flying over twice a day during our stay, about 10am and 5pm. My husband loved it; for me it was a bit too loud at times. Bring your own umbrella and folding chairs. Great clean and comfortable place!

This was our third time staying at the property, and it was very good as usual.

We love staying at the Polynesian Village and this is our favorite condo. 206 is very clean, comfortable and stocked with all the essentials. The owner is wonderful as she let us reschedule last minute due to a death in the family.

We enjoyed our stay this year. The downside of it was the cable not working properly when we got there, the water pressure was not good and there is/was mold on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. Luckily none of my family members are allergic.

This is our first time staying at Polynesian Village. We usually stay in a high-rise and this is far better. The easy access to our car and the beach was amazing. We stayed on the second floor (beach side, not across the street), which was not a problem for us (there isn't an elevator). There is a pool, it is located across the street with the other units. This unit is great for 2 people. If you are considering more, just know you'll be "close" together. The unit itself was pretty clean, I have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness. I replaced the plastic shower curtain because the one there was covered in soap scum and some mildew. This wasn't a big deal to me, I was going to the store anyway (cost me $3). Due the humidity and the carpet, there is a slight musty/mildew smell. This was not bad at all, but if you're picky, that may bother you. The couch wasn't great, the cushions kept sliding out/off. The bed is firm, but not bad. The sheets had a few small holes. When taking the sheets off before we left, the mattress pad definitely needed to be placed (many stains). There is onsite coin laundry (2 washers $2.25, 2 dryers $2.00), so take quarters if need to do laundry. Bottom line- would I stay here again, yes. There wasn't anything that was a deal breaker for me. We spent most of our time on the beach and balcony. However, if you are picky, this may not be the place for you.

Had a perfect time. Not too busy. Beautiful area. VRBO was perfect for us.

Wonderful time. Beautiful view of fireworks. Coach was a little uncomfortable. A touch musky smell. Although, Cleanliness was above excellent! Kind of wish they had elevators to second floor. Didn’t mind the stairs except in loading and unloading suitcases etc. people next door were smoking on the balcony last night so we had to distance ourselves in porch. Thank you for allowing us to stay. Would do it again.

Older, yet quaint, beach front property. Ideal location for access to Aaron Bessant Park and Emerald Coast Cruzin! Will definitely try to stay here in the spring!

We like quiet and relaxing places. This is the place (as long as it’s not Thunder Beach time). Being right on the beach with access to the pool across the street is great. You can walk down to Pier Park in about 5 minutes. Walmart is also only about a 5 minute drive.

We had an awesome time and we’re very pleased with our condo!! Loved everything about the week!!!

Quiet, great beach access, great location... We enjoyed our stay. The room could use a deep clean, but we made the best of it by doing a little cleaning ourselves. We will definitely be back!

Second stay in this condo! The location is great and the check in is easy and we thoroughly enjoyed a quick m-f visit this year!

I've been coming to the panhandle to vacation for over 35 years and this was one of the top 5 places I've had the pleasure to stay at. The owners were wonderful to deal with, responded quickly to any questions. Checking in was a breeze. We had a second floor unit and the view of the beach and the ocean were spectacular. The unit was clean and well appointed, we will be back again next year.

The condo was nice, perfect for the two of us. The view was great the proximity to pier park was nice. Easy access to the beach and the property was clean and well maintained. It wasn’t crowded when we were there but we stayed in late august. The two things we were disappointed about, that wasn’t really under the control of the owner and therefore didn’t deserve a deduction in stars,was the almost constant smell of either cigarette smoke or pot on the balcony and the sound of the traffic at night. However there was a couple that lived there that was just the nicest people and they made our stay so much better.

This property was very well taken care of and had everything we needed. The location is perfect. I have stayed in several units in this complex, bathrooms ventilation in all is not great leading to some issues but not the owners fault. This was one of the nicest units. Can’t wait to come back!

The location is perfect! No smoking in this unit but plenty of smoking of everything goes on, on the balconies of other units which was not enjoyable but we loved the views of the ocean. Due to it not being a smoke free building we would not stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in your unit. We did have a great time.

The condo was clean and the property was well kept. The people were so friendly and with just a short walk to the beach made it easy to enjoy. Would definitely stay their again!

We enjoyed ourselves and our grandson loved it too.We where so close to the beach and food places ,stores .The room was nice and cozy just 1 thing not a deal breaker but no tv in bedroom.We loved it and will be back !!

Beach view is spectacular. Unit VERY clean. Fully equipped with everything guests need. Owner is local. Short walk to Pier Park.

We loved this condo! Access to the beach was perfect, easy walk right to the water. Location was within walking distance of Pier Park for food and shopping. Condo was just as pictured.

We love this condominium. This was our 3rd time in the building but first time in this room. It was clean & comfy & perfect for a quick weekend getaway. It’s close to a lot & the beach area is quiet due to it being a small condominium. We would definitely stay here again. The host was wonderful & responded to my few questions very quick !

This was the perfect place to getaway. It had everything my husband and i needed. The owners were quick to respond to everything. We were able to walk to everything we wanted. Would love to stay here again.

My wife and I really enjoyed the stay. The pictures were spot. Would recommend to any group of 2 that wants to go to the beach. Plenty of places nearby and it was right on the beach. Would definitely stay again.

This was our third stay, and it was very good as usual. All of the necessary amenities are provided, and of course it's literally steps from the beach.

Our stay was perfect. It was close to the beach and everything else. I would possibly recommend a tv in the master bedroom just for the fact if you want to watch something and the kids want something else. Thank you so much for allowing is to stay! We would definitely come back in the future.

Great place. Everything you need, clean, comfortable and close to attractions. The owners were great to work with. Just a note to others reserving the unit, it is on the second floor and no elevator. Other than that we had a great time. Thanks for letting us use your condo.
