From Our Family To Yours
Nuestro condominio cuenta con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños y está en el nivel inferior. El balcón se extiende la longitud de la casa y que incluye 2 juegos de mesas y sillas. La gran zona al aire libre y césped de hierba hacen de este un condominio ideal para los niños e incluso las mascotas son bienvenidas. Al ser un 1er piso condominio significa que no hay escaleras y un fácil acceso a la playa, sin dejar de tener excelentes vistas al mar. Esta zona cuenta con hermosas playas y la piscina está a pocos pasos.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble y baño privado. Las vistas son estupendas desde el dormitorio con puertas de vidrio y ventanas correderas de toda la longitud de la habitación. Maestro ha LED TV y DVD.
Además, hay otra cama de matrimonio y 2 dobles, junto con un sofá cama en el salón. El salón también tiene LED TV y DVD. La cocina está totalmente equipada. Por si fuera poco, tendrá excelentes vistas al mar desde la cocina, comedor y sala de estar.
A sólo 40 minutos del aeropuerto de Jacksonville, Amelia Island tiene millas de senderos y rutas de senderismo a través de los robles del interior. montar a caballo frente al mar es muy popular, también. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the patio is incredible and it is easy to get to beach and pool. The pool was very nice also.

The Sailmaker location is perfect! Away from busier public beaches, and excellent access to the beach. This unit is okay, but the listing needs updated and so does the home. Contrary to the previous review, there was no mold and the place was clean overall. I would suggest the cleaners vacuum under furniture better; there were old water bottles and even a pill under beds and the couch. The listing needs to be updated — The master is actually a king sized bed (yay!) but there is no sleeper sofa. The twin beds are LOUD if you have littles who toss and turn. Little things like busted laundry knobs and light switches would make the place more attractive, but don’t impact the actual stay. We loved the tortoises visiting each day and the lack of stairs is great for elderly pets. We had an AC outage one night, and the host got someone out that night and was very responsive. Overall, the vacation was great, but a few small investments would make this unit fantastic.

Stayed a week with my adult children and grandchildren. It was wonderful, Especially this location. Plenty of kids to play with and adults. Had a wonderful time. Condo was beautiful and well kept.

Location was great. Condo complex right on beach and unit in the center with nice lawn for kids and pets to play. Bonus that it’s a bottom unit - walk right out to boardwalk to beach. The twin bedroom had mold in the windows and on blinds. Back of closet door very dirty. Mold on sliding door in the kitchen area and mold on the blind in the living room. Called the owner who sent cleaners the next day but no apologies or accommodations. Cleaners did the best they could but I had to clean more. Asked owner for concession due to condition but no response. If you don't mind likeliness of huge mold issues or confirmation from owner that they have remediated, it’s a great place. Dated furnishings and inside.

The condo had everything you needed. We loved our morning coffee watching the sunrises from the patio. Ground level access was definitely a plus with easy access to the beach and pool. It felt like a home away from home. We would love to return!

Property is nicely cleaned and has comfortable beds in an unbeatable location. The outdoor green space and ease to access the beach is top notch. Some decor and finish out is rather dated but the space functions great. Towels need replacing but owners are very responsive and supportive. Would recommend for a family trip.

This is a great location. We had 6 adults and 1 child. Kitchen is fully stocked. Owner very responsive. Great deck with lots of sitting options. Boardwalk to the beach. Overall great property and we plan to return

We enjoyed our vacation at this condo. The location was perfect and just steps away from the boardwalk to the beach. We really enjoyed watching the tortoises come up from the dunes everyday to feed on the grass. The only small complaint we have about the condo is that they need to replace a couple of the small appliances. The coffee maker leaked from the bottom so we had to run out and get k-pods for the keurig machine. Also we usually make smoothies for breakfast but the blender didnt fit on the base properly so we couldnt use it either. Other than that, it was perfect and we have already booked our stay to come back in September.

We stayed at this property last year and since then it has seriously deteriorated. While the location is fantastic, the property has serious issues including mold. Upon check in we were given the wrong door code which was remedied fast. At first all didn’t look too bad on the surface. Although, the screen door had duct taped spots and a gap allowing bugs in. The toilets were running off and on and all night but still we weren’t there much so we didn’t complain. The second day the property manager asked if blind installers could come in….no way! We didn’t want any strangers in the property with our things. Then on our 5th day (we were not there much nor using the two guest rooms) we couldn’t figure out why we were both having breathing trouble. Well it turns out down the baseboard of the second guest room there was brownish gooey mold and the trim was separating from the wall. Not only that but there is greenish black mold in the corners by the front door. We also noticed the curtains in the master appeared to have animal urine on them at the bottoms. As soon as we noticed the mold on the 5th day, we packed up and left immediately. I notified VRBO and the property manager to request a refund for the last two days which has not happened even after I submitted several photos. Really due to the seriousness of the mold our entire stay should have been refunded and this place should be treated so it is safe and not a health hazard. I do not recommend this property.

A perfect week to refresh the system!
Just got home a few hours ago from a wonderful vacation at an awesome beachfront complex on Amelia Island, Fl at Summer Beach. It had been at least 26 years since I had the pleasure of coming to this Island but it won’t be that long again! Had 2 of my Daughters and all of my Grandkids Plus the dog along and no one was disappointed. I think the dog is actually depressed right now. He met many friendly dogs, people and the neighborhood Gopher Tortoises which showed up on our porch every morning. Just a short walk down the boardwalk to one of most unspoiled beaches you will ever see! Plus the beautiful lawn right off the patio was perfect for some great games of Jarts and passing the football around. The unit itself had plenty of room for the entire family and the Master bedroom and bathroom were awesome. We had gone to the gulf coast the last 2 years but it is not dog friendly at all! People must not understand that their pets are a Huge part of their family but this complex does! They are also allowed on the beach which Ed loved! And if you are a golfer there are many courses within a 5 minute drive. I’ll be looking forward to returning next year for sure as well as the rest of the family. Thanks and you can put me down for the same week next year. I’ll be in contact soon

Lovely Beachfront Living
This is a lovely condo. The ocean view is fabulous and beach access is so easy. If just for that this place would be an easy 5 stars! We very much enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful stay, but things could use a bit of updating. Definitely clean and comfortable. Perfect for our family of three plus grandparents.

Close but with Hiccups
The property is right on the beach and the pool
was great. The check In process came with a hiccup the code didn’t work. The box had been changed so we waited for the code. The TV’s had been switched out and you have to have Netflix or something you can log into. No cable. The pool cards only work for one pool. We didn’t know this the first 3 days and had to get people to let us in to the closest one. I think some instructions for somethings would be helpful. Not the properties fault but someone kept parking in the one allotted space and we were left parking somewhere else. The adjacent building was being worked on and that hammering and stucco repair began around 8. Be sure these repairs aren’t continuing. I’m not sure the property owner even knew. The rental was stocked even though we took toilet paper , paper towels, salt, etc. It was clean. We didn’t take our dog at the last minute but it was pet friendly. The communication was great. They tried to rectify TV situation. However it was going to require Spectrum to come out and we just didn’t feel we wants a 3rd party in while we weren’t home nor did we want to wait and waste a day.

Nice roomy condo...we had 6 adults, 1 child and 2 infants! Beautiful and well maintained property just a short walk from the beach and the pool! We had a beautiful ocean view from the kitchen / LR and Master Bedroom. Large patio that ran the length of the condo too! I def recommend this great vacation rental!

Great family vacation spot!!!
We really enjoyed our stay at 201 Sailmaker! The condo was a perfect fit our family with little kids and a fur baby. The complex was beautiful and had easy access to the beach. Our kids and Doodle loved playing in the lawn area right in front of the condo. The condo was very clean! The owner was very quick to help us with a small issue we had at arrival. We will be back!
