my security deposit of 1200 AED has not been returned to me yet . Today is 30th October 2022. I have have checked out of the property on 3rd October. Despite multiple reminder I have not been returned with my security deposit. stay away from Frank Porter.

the location of the place was nice

a lot of things were very disturbing. it was dirty, more than we expected. it was so smelly, to the point where we could barely sleep. the dirtiness of the place was so bad it got to the point where there were not only one, but multiple blood stains on the blanket. not on the cover, but the main blanket itself. when we arrived, we had to wait three whole hours for them to let us into the apartment. there was an issue about the deposit and we didn’t know about it on the first impression. we paid full price, got the confirmation code and all and thought everything was fine from there. the wait was so long it got to the point where we had to call the police, we couldn’t wait any longer. we were tired from a three hour flight and we had to wait three MORE hours on top of that. six whole hours of just waiting patiently with rude treatment. turns out the deposit amount was barely noticeable, it was written in a small font and at the very bottom of the message. it wasn’t the end there, or course they had to cause us problems even at the end of our stay. when it was time for us to leave, we had to wait another hour for the worker to come and check the apartment. we then had our things out by another half an hour or so.

Location, Appartement, space, facility (except internet), easy check in etc.,

Internet service very bad, 1200 deposit, some time long waiting to call frank Porter team.

rock hard bed in one of the bedrooms, limited towels, 4 broken dining chairs out of 6

Location for Festival City is excellent, so easy.

Bed in the second bedroom was the hardest bed I have ever felt. It was like lying on bricks.

Spacious, clean and good location

Not accessible by metro, one access card only, evening security is lazy and annoying, oven broken, kitchen exhaust broken
