Property was pretty much as listed. Very spacious. Loved the patio. Comes with two chairs on the beach which is nice. But… ALL mattresses were horrible!! Two front bedrooms need curtains, breezeway/outside lights shine in all night. Ice maker in fridge/freezer didn’t work, but they were supposedly replacing. Underneath some of the cabinets weren’t cleaned the best. Only one elevator worked while we were there. Parking is not the best.

Beautiful ocean breeze, The balcony was my favorite place to be overlooking the golf beautiful breeze beautiful water. The reason I picked this condo was because of four bedrooms four bathrooms The living space was a nice size. The kitchen was a little small but it worked. there were two elevators but only one was working and there were times I was a little bit of a wait because it was busy. Overall we enjoyed the condo most of all we enjoyed the balcony The attractions were close by so that was very convenient. The host was very quick to respond to any issues that we encountered.

CAN YOU PLEASE ASK THE CLEANING LADYS IF THEY FOUND A SHIRT IN THE DRAWERS UNDER THE T.V. IN THE LARGE ROOM TO THE LEFT, AND MY DAUGHTER HUSBAND LOST IS WEDDING RING AND THOUGHT THEY MIGHT OF COME ACROSS IT,THE STAY WAS GOOD AND THE ROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL, THE PARKING WAS AWFUL, AND HAVING THE POOL CLOSED EVERYDAY UNTILL 5 WAS NOT GOOD FOR A FAMILY, I WOULD OF THOUGHT THAT COULD BE DONE ONE THE OFF SEASONS, THEY ALSO SAID THE OWNER WERE COMPENSATING ME FOR THE DAY THAT THEY WERE PAINTING THE BALCONY BECAUSE THEY MOVED ALL THE FURNITURE INTO THE CANDO AND WE HAD TO LEAVE FOR THE DAY BECAUSE WE COULD NOT MOVE ANY WHERE IN THE CONDO BUT THE BED ROOMS, ALSO I WOULD SUGGEST PUTTING STRIPS IN THE BATH TUBS MY 80 YEAR OLD MOTHER SLIP IN THE TUB THIS MIGHT HELP IN THE FUTURE.

Nice 4 BR condo in the middle of the strip. We did not have enough towels, they responded quickly with plenty. We were not told when the condo was ready. Overall it was clean, some shower liners are overdue to be replaced. I assume he was the HOA president, very much... over zealous. They were painting outside, they did a good job of keeping the pool open but did get paint on some cars.

This condo was perfect!!!!! We had 2 couples and 2 singles. More than enough room for everyone and that balcony!!! We would go back in an instant. This condos location is perfect and sits on the beach. The view and the breeze were exactly what we needed. We were able to fit 4 bikes in 1 parking space and the parking lot is monitored. The owner is absolutely amazing!!!! The building was being power washed when we were there and she took the time to let us know so we could move the bikes to the lot across the street. We thought that was the best and we were very impressed that she reached out. She is very quick with her responses. If you are on the fence about this condo….don’t be!!!!!!! It is a wonderful place to stay and we didn’t want to leave !!

Beautiful property and very roomy, huge balcony and the kitchen was well stocked. Only obsticle was no pantry and the kitchen cabinets were full of supplies so no room for groceries. Buy for a few days at a time. Oh and the beautiful wool rug sheds. Lol

Had a great stay only problem was the elavators not working all the time other than that great vacation.

This unit is gorgeous and even better than shown in the pictures. Balcony is huge with plenty of seating. We had a few questions upon check in, and the owner was very responsive. The property and pool is well maintained and is kept clean by the maintenance staff. We would book again.

Parking was the only issue.

Easy process to book and check in. Two great little places to eat right across the street. Beds comfortable and all rooms decorated nicely. Great deck space to enjoy the view.

This condo was perfect for several families to share. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook several meals. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed opening our curtains every morning to see the beach. Being right on the beach was very convenient as well. We would stay here again if visiting this beach in the future.

This condo was perfect for a group of 7 adults and 2 toddlers! The kitchen was well equipped, the furnishings were clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were supplied with enough linens for all, and the balcony made the trip perfect! This condo is easy to find, however, parking can be a bit challenging... The condo has one assigned spot on property, however, we had three vehicles. Across the street from the property is overflow parking, which is quite small and hit or miss regarding finding an available spot. Regardless, right behind this overflow parking is a city lot with plenty of space and a cost of $6 per 24 hours. The other challenge is finding a luggage cart to unload and load your vehicle. People had a tendency to take the carts to their floors and leave them there (and there aren't too many of them). The pool and hot tub don't open until 10AM -- so, if you're a morning person and would like an early morning dip, you're out of luck. Regardless, both were maintained nicely! This was a perfect week for our family and Bobbie was very responsive via text messaging!

The property was super nice. Condo was clean, the pool area was wonderful and was surprised by how fast the elevators were compared to other condos in PCB. Absolutely loved the size of the balcony! The convenience of being in walking distance to drinks and restaurants added to the enjoyment. The only negatives is that the balcony was not as furnished as the pictures but it was still comfortable and parking was tight. The property manager was very responsive and more than made up for all deficiencies. Will stay here again!!

The condo was just like described. The owner was quick to respond with any questions I had. No problems upon arrival or departure. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, towels and wash clothes. There is a walmart 1/2 mile away so I ordered online and groceries were ready the evening we arrived. We loved the roomy balcony! Couldn't have been any better.

First of all I will say that the pictures do not do this property justice! We were so excited once we got in and walked around this place - is very spacious with plenty of room for people to move around, watch tv, etc. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms make this place perfect for a large family. The huge balcony was one of my favorites and this property is literally on the beach! You will need to plan to bring foil, Ziploc bags, laundry detergent, additional toilet paper, beach towels and extra trash bags. (But that is totally normal for renting a property like this) There is a great little coffee shop, with breakfast and lunch options directly across the street as well as a Daiquiri Hut. There is also a washer and dryer that came in handy so we didn’t have to pack as much or we could wash our clothes after being at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. I would totally rent this place again. Also, Property manager was easy to get a hold of when I had a few questions before arriving.

The overall stay was adequate but influences from the surrounding area made the stay feel unsafe and chaotic. The youth of the city pretty much controlled the Beach Front Road with city police chasing them off the street and off the beach. They damaged the elevator and parked in our parking spaces every night. We will not stay at this site again, it was too much noise, confusion, and chaos to enjoy our stay. Unless the city gets the youth under control during after hours, I do not see adults being willing to stay in this area in the future. The outside influences affected our trip and our stay, regardless of the room. It was difficult to contact anyone to help with the parking situation. We were promised a $50 reduction due to the construction being performed in the area, but we have not received it as of yet. The construction made it very inconvenient as well, the area was dirty and cluttered, it was a mess. I cannot recommend anyone staying in this area until these elements are under control.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as described. It was super roomy, clean and in a great location, right on the beach. The only issues we had was with the construction being done to the building. It was loud, so we were woken up around 7am each day, and our assigned parking spot was roped off due to construction. With that being said, the overflow lot across the street is tiny. So we had to park both of our vehicles in the public parking and pay to park for each day we were there. However, I was able to get hole of the property manager immediately and they were gracious enough to refund us enough money to cover the public parking and inconvenience, and we could not be more thankful. Overall it was an amazing trip and stay. We can't wait to do it again!

Very clean, very roomy! Appreciated the large balcony w/ table and chairs. Believe we ate every meal on balcony. Beds were comfortable; bathrooms had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Kids loved the big TV with plenty of options to watch when couldn’t be on the beach. Property location was very close to many attractions.

Overall great place to stay. The one big downside is only having 2 elevators and one being out of service half the week.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo had a beautiful view, it was very clean and it was very spacious!

This condo was a big disappointment for the money we paid!The kitchen is really small. If you plan to do much cooking, be prepared that there is zero storage space, had two towels and zero dish cloths. There wasn’t a single paper towel roll and no dish soap. Also, there is not enough silverware to feed 11. We had to wash constantly to have the utensils needed for the meals. There was 1 roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom. We were charged a cleaning fee for the week and it was obvious that no one had cleaned before our arrival. We had to wash our sheets on all beds (hairs on the beds), shake out all the rugs, and sweep all the floors before we unpacked. The entire condo needs a massive deep cleaning and things need repairing. The Air Vents need dusting. There was dirt in the corners of the rooms along with dust on the fans and light fixtures. The jetted tub in the Master Bedroom was caked up with mildew so we could only shower in there. The ceiling was peeling badly in the living room and one of the bathtubs shifted every time we got in it. There is a switch but no lighting over the dining room table. It was very dark in there. The sliding doors to go out to the balcony were incredibly hard to open!!! Under amenities, it mentions a grill is provided. We thought it would be on the balcony. Turns out, it’s on the bottom floor of the building around the pool area. We had to go down the elevator with our raw meat. The parking is absolutely awful!!! The parking garages are too tight and narrow and if sent to the over flow parking that claims to only be for Ocean Ritz Guests, you WILL lose your parking spot because the general public can park there as well and you will have to pay $5 bucks a day to park in the public parking. There is a washing machine and dryer but they are SUPER TINY! The dryer takes FOREVER to dry the clothes! There is a pull out bed in the couch in the living room and when we pulled it out, a half eaten pop tart fell out and the mattress was absolutely not acceptable to sleep on. We ended up buying 2 blow up mattresses. The mattresses in all of the rooms need to be replaced. While standing on the balcony one afternoon, I heard a knock on the BALCONY DOOR and turned around to find the owners’ Assistant standing inside my condo. She had just walked in. Weird. If you choose this condo, bring cleaning supplies, paper goods, beach towels, and dish towels. Be prepared to clean before you start enjoying your vacation.

View off the balcony was magnificent. Beds were comfortable. Nicely decorated. A few minor things... ice machine didn’t work in fridge. Towels were folded and put away wet when we first got there so they needed to be rewashed and the washer and dryer didn’t work very well. The pool area was small but always clean. We have visited PCB for years. This was a nice place to stay overall

The room was relatively pretty clean, but the wear over the years is noticeable. Other than a shower head problem, a construction nail screw, and the bathroom mold in the tub, the room was average. The main problem was the construction vehicles taking up my parking space the entire time of our stay. Also, there was not anyone on site to correct the issue nor was security available to enforce no smoking of any kind (if you know what I mean) throughout the resort. The building was filthy, maybe from all the construction but the maintenance and upkeep was none existence. I will not seek to stay here on my next trip to Panama City Beach.
